We had a vacation with our family in August 2024
I really liked the hotel
1. The sea is gorgeous, it is convenient that there is a pier with sun beds, a shower and a bar. The beach is also great, well maintained, lots of sun beds.
2. Food for 100 points out of 10))) if there are people who need to be surprised, you can safely go. There are a lot of fish and seafood! It was even scary to go to eat))) very good food selection, variety, cleanliness.
3. The staff is also excellent, and everywhere, starting from the reception (they speak Russian well), in restaurants (you don't really notice them, they clean up, help to convey, while not begging for tips. Well, a very strong animation team, there are just 10/20 people)) they entertain, light up, invite.
4. the room at first seemed very small, we lived in the main building on the 4th floor (the last floor), so due to the sloping roof, the space is still eaten up, but then we got used to it, there was enough space for two.
Who lived 2+reb there are more rooms apparently…
5. the territory is well-groomed and green, sheared, watered constantly. The mountains are very beautiful, a cool combination of sea/ mountains.
6. we went to the spa for massage and peeling, the girls from Indonesia did it, well, but it doesn't cost $ 50 per person. Only 1 hour (( and so in general I liked the spa. They also speak Russian well and are not very annoying with their procedures.
7. we went to Alaska to a seafood restaurant, also super 100 points out of 10)))

We had a rest in August 2023. Great location, mountains, greenery. The room was a comfortable family room in the main building. Good room facilities, really very comfortable. There is everything! The cleanliness is perfect, the marble floor. The bar is replenished daily. The linen is changed every other day. With regard to the hotel: A large area, there is a pier, sun beds under a common sun shade. Swimming pool. A large communal restaurant, very clean, good quality dishes, no chips and other things, clean tablecloths. The waiters clean everything up quickly. The food itself is varied, for every taste, There is a coffee shop, and in the courtyard of the main building there is a Turkish courtyard, where there is a coffee shop, there is also excellent coffee. Good animation, various show programs, parties. Most of the shows take place in the amphitheater. The hotel has a spa. There is always cold lemonade in the lobby bar at the entrance. We had a rest from August 16 to 23. Excellent hotel, restaurant, assortment,cleaning, beach-there is nothing to complain about.The staff is attentive.There are always free sun beds on the beach. The Internet is available at the hotel, it flies on the beach periodically. The room was a Roof comfort with mountain views, enough for two.Due to the closed mini-loggia, the room is not hot, even the air conditioner was turned off at night, we slept with an open balcony.Someone is unaccustomed, maybe the noise from cars, I didn't even hear them. TNT was from the Russian programs, when asked to set up the center channels, they replied that they were blocked (?), although there are several Ukrainian news outlets.It already depends, apparently, on the attitude of the hotel owners. The hotel is family-run, so there are a lot of children, but the territory is large and many live in bungalows, spend time on the playground, water park, pool, so it does not catch the eye.A wonderful green area. The hotel is very good, the food is varied, the entertainment programs are on a high level, I especially liked the performance of the Mongols and magic tricks. The territory is clean and well maintained, the rooms are cleaned normally. The staff is friendly, there are a lot of cats and kittens, children are always messing with them. There are a lot of people at the end of August.
BUT there is one big but! There is some plastic garbage floating in the sea after lunch. We solved this problem in such a way that we swam in the sea in the morning and in the pool after lunch. At the same time, a lot of people swim in the sea after lunch and do not pay attention to it. This is a critical moment for us.

A magnificent hotel.
Rest is a complete delight. Everything is at the highest level: check-in, service, all issues are resolved kindly and instantly (we changed the room so that daytime animation would not interfere with the child's sleep).
The food is just a fairy tale. Everything is fresh, tasty, not too salty, it is the good products that are felt.
The sea is a fairy tale, there are always sun beds. I recommend a boat tour of the hotel, but book in advance. Excellent coffee shop in the reception area.
The whole area is very well maintained and travertine, it's a pleasure to walk. There is order in the children's club - they are engaged in children, you can leave them freely from 4. I was there because we were younger. I am also delighted with the main alley with roses, you go to the sea and this fragrance of roses constantly envelops you, you returned a month ago - and I remember everything) and, also, the bar on the pier on the water is a pleasant place!

We had a great rest. I will write both the pros and cons in my review. I'll start with the pros:
1. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, lots of greenery, fruit trees, everything is washed and cleaned. The beach is cleaned, the paths are washed after 00:00.
2. Meals. We ate and we liked everything, without any frills. We took the most understandable dishes. There is a lot of meat, there is fish, themed days are held several times a week. The food is richer there. Fruits: watermelon, melon, grapes, apples, pears, nectarines, oranges, delicious large plums.
3. The animation is good. In the morning, the animators make a circle around the hotel, greet the vacationers. The animators are funny, the child does not go to the children's club, but she said that it was good there, she shot the video herself very well.
4. Cool water park, my children liked it, we didn't ride every day, but for a change- great
5. Rooms!!! We were given 3 rooms during our stay, so there is something to compare it with. I will write about the number in the cons. The last room was great! No complaints, spacious, clean. New!
6. Room cleaning is excellent. I always leave tips. They cleaned every day with a change of towels and bedding, it seemed that even too often, cleaning in restaurants is very good, there are no dirty plates. Everything is quickly cleaned up. They don't always ask about drinks. But sometimes we were asked such a question. But we were fine without it.
Now about the CONS:
- it is necessary to take into account the hotel is far from the airport. We drove for about 3 hours. It is better to book a personal transfer
- ROOMS: upon arrival, we were given room 6028. Horrible. The walls, floor, wardrobe, mirror are all wet, damp, a room like a former barn. As I later realized, this is not even some kind of hotel building, but a room converted into rooms with heating batteries. The smell in the room is of a high concentration of air freshener and damp and cold. At rasepshin, they told me that this particular room was in the reservation. But I think they lied. I asked you to pay extra and put me in a better room. But we were moved to a room in a bungalow without payment. Dry. Smoked. For 2 days. Opposite the playground. It's very noisy there at night. The window cannot be opened.
After 2 days, we were accommodated in a room in the main building, 7144, excellent as I wrote above and dry. It was important to us. We came to improve the body, not to pump mold and humidity.
FOOD: on the last day we decided to make toast and went to the bread, which is where the toasters are on the street in the main restaurant, it was with fine mold. The chef or maybe the chief changed everything after contacting him. But it's unpleasant. Especially since the children make toasts themselves even after heating and the greens on the bread are not noticeable.
It's good that the cons didn't spoil our vacation! We would go back and recommend this hotel to visit, but you need to know the nuances of the rooms. the photo with the bars is a view from the first room - the barn, and in the diagram in the photo it is indicated by an arrow at the top. People should know that there can be such a surprise.I took a star for the room.

Just returned from a trip, a wonderful vacation. The hotel is well maintained, with beautiful nature. Special thanks to the manager at the reception Azamat, thanks for the gorgeous view from the room.
On food: delicious, varied food,you definitely won't go hungry because it's 24/7 🤦🏽♀️for us it's more of a minus 😅

For a family holiday! The food is super, the rooms are clean, tidy, small. They run away every day. Entertainment is daily, but the level is slightly better than amateur activities, discos every day until 12, the sound is normal, the light is good, the repertoire is for an amateur. This is the second time we are staying at this hotel. I like everything very much. Beautiful nature, well-maintained hotel with a beautiful territory, delicious food, children 6 and 12 years old have never been bored. We just got back, had a rest at this hotel.
There are disadvantages to them and I will start with them)
The service is very poor, we rested in Turkey more than once in different 5* hotels, but there was no such service anywhere.
More specifically, when coming to the dining room everywhere in all 5* hotels, the staff comes up and pours water into a glass and asks what you will drink and accordingly bring the desired drink.
Everything is different here)
The water is far away in the refrigerator and the bar, you have to stand in line)
And carry it yourself/drink water and alcohol yourself.
This is probably ok for a 3* hotel....
If breakfast/lunch/dinner is over and you haven't finished eating(I came late), then the staff turns off the air conditioners and it's just impossible to sit in the hall, it's infernal heat.Save money)
In other hotels, of course, there is no such disgrace.If guests are sitting in the dining room, no one will turn off the air conditioners, immediately otherwise.
European alcohol is not available in all bars)
And not everyone can drink Turkish swill))
I was also very annoyed by the artificial flowers that are everywhere in the hotel.

It's a great 5. This is my fourth time in Turkey (I have previously been to different places and cities), but this hotel and Kemer (a combination of sea and mountains) impressed. I boldly recommend the hotel. The food is excellent, all the amenities, the room is clean and new (at least we got one, maybe after renovation), the sea is clean, Wi-Fi throughout, concerts and programs, many families with children, children's entertainment.

To be honest, we haven't had such a great vacation for a long time. We were with the family for a week, in early July. The territory is large, its own guarded beach (which is closed at night), very cool animation. Lots of delicious and varied food. It is a little far from the Airport (2 hours were driven). The rooms are cozy and clean. Cleaning every day. They don't make money out of you at every turn. We were surprised, there is everything for the bathroom, even shower caps, but there are no toothbrushes and paste... I had to buy it. There are shops with everything you need on site. They went outside the territory once... There's not much to do there. Kemer is very picturesque. Lots of greenery and mountains.

There is always water, mineral water, Pepsi, Cola in the refrigerator. Tea, coffee, sugar on a stand near the kettle.
No need to ask for something to be fixed, for example, on the first day I had water leaking badly in the shower. I just wanted to say this, but the room cleaner has already called a specialist.
The hotel has a huge restaurant and restaurants, three bars on the territory (if I noticed everything of course). Two pools. The animation is great every day - the ensembles both sang and danced. During the day, we entertained with sports events, well done. And what a delicious ice cream!

We stayed at this hotel for a month from June 15 to July 13, 2024. I was on vacation with three children. In general, I liked everything.

Отличный, семейный отель! Отдыхали в середине июля. Нареканий нет. Еда хорошая, разнообразная. Много вкусного алкоголя. Море чистое. Лежаков на пляже и у бассейна всегда хватало. Жили в основном корпусе. В номерах нет посторонних запахов и насекомых. Уборка ежедневно. Персонала много, но он не заметен. Приветливые, улыбчивые, приятные. Везде чистота. Территория утопает в зелени. Есть свой, приличный аквапарк. Детская анимация не плохая. Разрешено один раз бесплатно посетить ресторан, их там три. Вечерами плясали до упаду. Моё личное наблюдение: там всё рассчитано для туристов, только чтоб туристу было хорошо. Ни разу не услышала, чтоб кто-то ругался, повышал голос или грубо отвечал. Все какие-то счастливые, я имею ввиду персонал. Много кто из туристов говорили, что приезжают в этот отель несколько лет подряд, что в Кемере это лучший отель, который понравился. Нам тоже понравился. Дороговато конечно, но оно того стоило.

Хороший отель, очень душевный и простой, без изысков, отличная команда анимации развлекает весь день, приглашает желающих поучаствовать в различных активити в течение дня, много детей, конечно теперь это уже не молодежный отель, много иностранцев, еда простая, но очень вкусная, всегда есть овощи гриль, говядиная, индейка, курица, рыба (дорадо, сибас, иногда фарель), вечером - очень вкусный узбекский плов, супы 2х видов, картофель фри, по-деревенски, различные виды макарон, алкоголь вполне достойный, есть коктельная карта, но каждый бармер делает коктель как ему угодно, море - чистейшее, отличный вид на гору Тахталы, бабушек и дедушек почти нет. Очень приятная кофейня за основным рестораном, в баре на пирсе из алкоголя -только пиво. Единственный минус - маленькие кровати, что в длину, что в ширину, хотя матасы и подушки - удобные. Номера есть уставшие, есть - после ремонта, по приезду конечно же был изначально показан очень старый номер, но предложили поменять за доплату . Были в этом отели уже 3 раз (2011, 2012 - концепция молодежный, сентяюрь 2023 - семейный). Катались на парашюте, полет отличный, также брали экскурсию дайвинг у Виктории, все очень понравилось, ребята прелагают 1.5 часовую прогулку на катере, не отказывайтесь, это намного лучше, чем экскурсия, которую продают за отелем ( на весь день, очень затянуто, а за возят в те же бухты на купание).

A good hotel for your money.
It is located on the first line in Tekirova at the foot of Takhtaly Mountain. The views are gorgeous.

A huge beach, a sea of sunbeds, there is no need to occupy in advance. The sea is deep. 3-4 meters from the shore already with his head. There is a pier with a bar and sun beds on it. It is more pleasant to go down to the sea from the pier, the water is cleaner there.
Number. We lived in garden deluxe. Despite the name, the room is not very large, after renovation. On a solid four. Sound insulation is good. The air conditioner is quiet, the temperature was maintained confidently.

Restaurants. The dishes in the main restaurant are varied and for every taste. I was pleasantly surprised by the absence of mountains of tasteless salads. The grill is constantly working. 3-4 types of fish and meat daily. A lot of dietary dishes. During the break of the main restaurant there are snack bars, fast food cornets, ice cream parlors, waffles near the pools.
The hotel is perfect for families with young children and teenagers. Great kids club, water park.
The animation team deserves special thanks. Our bored child after meeting the girls from the team for the first few days was impossible to drive into the room: during the day yoga, saw EC, aqua aerobics, and in the evening disco until I drop. Every evening there are show programs, live music or themed parties.
In general, the hotel left only positive memories, there is nothing to complain about. The only drawback is the location, far enough from the airport. Therefore, with a group transfer, you will be delivered last and picked up first. I recommend taking an individual one. A comfortable, air-conditioned minibus runs to Kemer according to the schedule. The journey time takes 40 minutes. For $ 3 versus $ 30 by taxi and 20 km of the way is not bad.

Плюсы:
- еда (все виды мяса / 1-2 вида рыбы каждый день, мороженое/пирожное, все имеется)
- много лежаков, всегда есть свободные
- солнцезащитные тенты, а не зонты (больше площадь)
- свой пирс (с баром), можно нырять
- персонал русскоговорящий, у кого проблемы с англ - не пропадете
- чисто в номере, белье меняют раз в 2 дня
- минибар (безалкогольный) в номере пополняют каждый день
- красивая, большая, ухоженная территория
- кондиционер, не смотря на то, что не индивидуальный, работает на отлично
- анимация (хороший уровень, программы каждый день), развлечения (волейбол, водное поло, дартс, йога, фитнес, бочча и проч.)
- аквапарк
- персонал в большинстве приветливый
Минусы:
- местное пиво и вино мягко говоря на троечку, вино на ужин можно купить, а пиво нет, даже за деньги альтернативу в отеле не найдете
- перекусы у бассейнов работают почти в одно время с главным рестораном, если пропустил обед (до14:30) то перекусить получится только сладостями или картошкой фри с гамбургерами (котлеты довольно специфичные на вкус)
- пляж галька (для удобства лучше коралки прикупить)
- далековат от аэропорта (на общем трансфере ехать около 2,5-3 часов, индивидуальный - до 1,5 часов)

Отдыхали с 17 июня по 24 июня 2023г. Отель очень хороший. Очень много растений, 2 бассейна, куча баров, аквапарк из 8 горок. Ресторан общий большой, места всем хватает. Обслуживание и отношение на уровне. Хорошая анимация, всегда чем-то занимают. Жили не в основном корпусе, а в 3этажных домиках . Номер чистый, небольшой, но для нас это не принципиально, в отеле есть люксовые номера кому просторы нужны. Пляж большой, лежаки в любое время всем хватит. На берегу мелкая галька, как песок. У моря немного небольших камней, заход тоже с камнями, но если это напрягает, есть пирс, с которого можно плавть(либо по лестнице спуститься, либо спрыгивать). Еда вкусная, разнообразная. Была там то баранина, то телятина, утка даже была, язык говяжий, рыба всегда была и т.п. голодными не останешься. На общественном транспорте можно доехать до Кемера (20 минут примерно), до развалины Фазелис(10-15 минут). Рекомендую!

Один из моих самых любимейших отелей в Турции.
Однозначно один из самых лучших в Текерово, Еда исключительно на 10 из 10!!! Выше всяких похвал. Персонал как всегда приветливый, бармены всегда добродушны и готовы поддержать беседу. Номера на 5-, так мне пришлось доплатить 200$ за хороший номер
Но оно того стоило. Территория не очень большая, но погулять есть где. Анимация на 5+!!!
Напитки, если алкоголь, то импортного производства от текил до виски, всё импорт!
Отдельное спасибо за местный айран в стаканчиках и нескончаемое мороженное.
Кстати и горки тоже очень ничего.
Раньше их не было.
Если кому нравится Турция, однозначно этот отель!!!
Море, гора Тахталы, наидобрейшие люди, одни плюсы и позитив

Отдыхали в августе 23г, все на высшем уровне, включая сервис, разнообразное питание, приветливый персонал и конечно чистейший пляж с песком и мелкой галькой. Персонал хорошо говорит на русском и английском языках. Подойдет как семьям с детьми, так и парам, развлечения на любой вкус) единственный минус - отдаленность от Анталии, соответственно на экскурсиях, трансфере и пр. вас будут забирать одними из первых, и где-то часа полтора - два вы будете собирать по дороге туристов из других отелей, но для нас это был не значительный минус. Однозначно рекомендую!

The room was not heated, we managed without a conder during the day. And at night it was already fresh with an open balcony. The territory is well maintained. Gardeners are constantly working. The staff is friendly. We have hotel towels here, we left beach towels on the bar in the morning without any problems, we gave towels without cards. It is not unimportant that beach towels can be changed throughout the day as much as you want. In the restaurant, the waiters are smart, they work like bees. Dirty dishes are quickly cleaned. Drinks are brought.
And now a fly in the ointment😂😂😂😂
The food is monotonous, almost everything is the same every day. The truth is both fried and stewed. There is meat, chicken, fish, turkey. But the same dishes, as well as the sweet table, are all the same. What I really liked was the ice cream. It is incomparable. Discos every day. We are without children, but children are also entertained somehow.
The sea is clean, you need corals if you swim from the beach. From the pier without them norms. True, the sunbeds were occupied on the pier at 7:00, later no more.

This is not the first time we have rested at the hotel, the hotel is a little behind in terms of quality of service and animation, compared to what it was 5 years ago, but 5 years ago it was very cool, the animation was gorgeous for children, juices were poured from bags in the restaurant, now there was liquid in the vending machines, I don't even know how to call it even worse than jupi, but it's even good, the children drank water. The sea also failed, twice a day, apparently, the ships dumped garbage into the sea and everything sailed to the shore. We rested from June 13 to June 20, 2024, I don't know if this always happens or only in June... But keep in mind. We sailed away from the shore, the water was more or less clear there, but it was unpleasant... The food in the hotel is good, the drinks leave much to be desired, well, a disco until 12 at night, which can be heard in the room, because the music is playing sooo loud, if you want to fall asleep at 23.00 after the end of the show and children's cartoons, it will not work in the bungalow, take a room in the main building, there is most likely no disco. It was the same 5 years ago. We flew with Pegasus Tourist, the managers at the hotel from Pegasus Marina and Mohamed Said are something, their main goal is to sell excursions, nothing else, the return flight was delayed for a long time, we found out about it ourselves, at night, when they wanted to take us to the airport with the children on a flight that was delayed for 21 hours!!! It's good that we looked on the Internet ourselves and saw that the flight was delayed, Pegasus Tourist did not tell us about it the night before, they found out late themselves, and at night the managers were asleep and sent a car for us 21 hours before departure, we told them that we would not go so long to the airport, the manager is on duty on the phone, he persuaded us to go, said that the airline would put us in another hotel there, it was good that we did not go and demanded to arrange a transfer later, because people then told at the airport that they were fighting to be put in a hotel due to the flight delay. Shameless, the worst airline Ural Airlines treats people like this. By the way, we did not buy a Ural Airlines plane ticket, we were supposed to fly by Turkish charter, but Pegasus transferred us to Ural Airlines, changed the departure time 5 times, keep this in mind too, if you have a charter, it does not matter which lines you can transfer to any other airlines, it is better to take regular ones. If it hadn't been for these unpleasant moments with Pegasus, then everything would have been fine, the return transfer was still arranged for us after long negotiations with the managers, but we did not wait for an apology...

Отдыхали с 06 по 16 августа 2023 г. Отель очень классный, красивый уютный, зеленый. Персонал вежливый, учтивый. Номер у нас был с видом на гору в основном корпусе, красота. Заезд был ночью, поэтому из окна ничего видно кроме дороги не было, но когда встали утром, вид был суперский. Уборку в номере делали каждый день вместе со сменой полотенец, всех, чт было очень приятно. При чем без всяких чаевых. Пополнение бара - ежедневное, причем независимо от того выпили мы напитки или нет. Бар пополняли пепси, фантой, минералкой , и простой водой. Так как нас было двое и то пополнялся бар по 2 бутылки каждого вида напитка (по 250 мл). Пополнение ванных принадлежностей 1 раз в два дня, шампунь, кондиционер, гель для душа, мыло. Уборка была часов в 11, быстро и качественно,. Что для менять немаловажно в отеле была бесплатная сауна, хамам, бассейн крытый с прохладной водой, очень бодрящей после сауны в 95 градусов. Время неограниченно, хоть целый день купайся. Массаж платный, торгуйтесь обязательно. Еда вкусная и разнообразная, были и деликатесы, и шея ягненка и тунец, причем разделывал тут же в ресторане и жарили. Язык говяжий, разные виды курицы, и шашлык из баранины, индейки. Блинчики мне очень понравились, вкусные. Мороженое давали с 11.30 до 16.00 обязательно попробуйте, вкусное, с разными вкусами, карамель, фисташка, ваниль, шоколад, лимон. Анимация классная, ребята выкладываются. Бары у бассейнов, их два, у дальнего в основном европейцы отдыхали. В баре различные напитки, если понравитесь бармену сделает эксклюзив, мне повезло каждый раз удивлял меня вкусными коктейлями. На пляже в баре пиво, соки, айран, нужны орехи, просите. Так же у основного бассейна в баре можно попросить нарды. Анимация вечерняя была и у бассейна и в амфитеатре. Пляж классный. Лежаков на всех хватало причем с навесом, мы отдыхали в основном на пирсе, я вставала в 7 утра и занимала места у бассейна и на пирсе. До обеда мы купались на пляже, после обеда у бассейна. Очень рекомендую прыжок на параплане, с вершины той самой горы, которую мы видели с балкона номера, дорого, но это того стоит

We just arrived from Turkey, the memories are still fresh, I decided to write a review. We stayed at this hotel for 10 days, I'll start with the advantages of the hotel, they are there and there are a lot of them:
1. A large, spacious beach, there were enough sun beds for everyone, there were a lot of free ones. Entering the sea - pebbles and sand, I recommend buying coral slippers.
2. The water park on the territory of the hotel pleased, there are entertainment for both the youngest children and slides for adults. You need to take places on the sun loungers in advance, there are quite a lot of people in the water park.
3. The territory is very well maintained, all in greenery, flowers. There are 2 adult pools of various depths and two children's pools. For families with children, there is a children's club and not a bad playground. Everything is located compactly and conveniently.
4. Food. I liked absolutely everything I tried. A huge selection of snacks, lots of meat, fish, side dishes. Sweets, fruits, whatever your heart desires. There is a bar by the pool, an ice cream stall.
Cons:
1. The standard rooms are small, but cozy enough, but the balcony is sooo small, two plastic chairs hardly fit.
2. The cleaning is quite chaotic, you will never guess when they will come to clean, they may be at 8, or they may be at 15. They rested with a small child, they got into the habit of coming then, just in the afternoon nap, they had to give up cleaning.
3. Well, the fattest minus that spoiled the whole impression, after which, despite the sea and beaches, I will not go to Turkey in the near future, is the attitude of the staff, Russophobia is evident in the little things. They settled for the longest time, settled everyone who was before us, and the Europeans after. We were completely ignored, until they came up insistently to ask if they would have seen their displeased expression. In the room, one bed was not made, a set of bed linen was needed, they repeatedly called the reception, defiantly did not speak Russian - no, no Russian, after which they hung up, you try to explain the problem to them in English, they say a couple of short phrases and also reset. They eventually brought this underwear, but without a sheet, thanks at least for that. But what happened next, if I hadn't personally heard, I wouldn't have believed it. Imagine, the time is around midnight, you are sleeping peacefully, a small child is sleeping, a call comes from the reception, they start saying something hurriedly in English, sleepily not understanding what they are talking about, you ask what's the matter and in response you get: a rude mat, with a mention of our country 😮bewilderment and shock, what??? The employee repeats this phrase several more times and hangs up. We were so confused that we didn't even go to investigate. The next morning, of course, they told a separate manager about the incident, who of course tried to laugh it off. Of course, we turned off the phone and no one bothered us anymore until the end of the rest, but sidelong glances still slipped through. Having repeatedly vacationed in Turkey, it was a shock to meet such an attitude, for quite a lot of money.
In total, the hotel is good, everything in it is good. But such provocations are simply unacceptable, they are so vile that they only cause a feeling of disgust.
P.S. Even the review was rejected several times, and for a 5* hotel this is apparently acceptable.

The bars are a complete failure: I haven't seen such a poor choice for 15 years. Of imported alcohol, only 2-3 types of whiskey (Jameson, Jack Daniels, Johnny Walker Red Label) and then only in one bar in the main building and if you know that there is one and ask the bartender to pour. It's not worth it in the window))
Normal cocktails will not be able to sit, because their ingredients are simply missing (((

Потрясающий отель! Были там в третий раз, уже с ребёнком) спустя лет 15! Отель ничуть не изменился, даже стал ещё лучше! Роскошная территория: большой пляж, пирс, вход в воду, водные развлечения, кальян на всей территории. Пляж почти песок, вход в воду мелкая галька. Территория утопает в зелени и цветах, разнообразие растений - только успевай фотографировать!) А сзади гора Тахталы, вид захватывает (очень рекомендую экскурсию на гору на закат). Еды много, всегда что-то новое, шикарная баранина, есть детское меню и детский стол. Огненная детская анимация, есть выезды на ранчо!!! Для взрослых отличные коктейли и вечерние шоу. Брали номер deluxe garden в маленьких домиках - очень удачное расположение относительно всех мест, по центру. Несколько бассейнов, есть даже свой аквапарк) сладости турецкие советую брать в отеле - намного дешевле и всегда свежее. Также рекомендую спа в отеле - не сравнить ни с какими местными экскурсиями в спа центры (только деньги зря потратите). Уборка идеальная! Всегда все чисто. Обязательно вернёмся ещё!

Шведский стол хороший, много мяса, овощей, сыров, сладостей. Обслуживание на 5+. Персонал очень заботливый, приветливый. Номера на любой вкус, в них есть всё, что надо для отдыха. Офигенный пляж, галька. Везде стиральная чистота) На территории и за ней много магазинов, кафешек и т.д. Классные развлечения и для детей, и для взрослых. Напитки в любое время, в любом количестве, от соков до виски, ну и айран -это напиток Богов) Вообще, это самый лучший отель в этом районе. Однозначно рекомендую и для семейного отдыха, и не только. Сюда я точно ещё вернусь)
P.S. Обязательно возьмите экскурсии на воде, например Турецкие Мальдивы. И если получится, слетайте в Стамбул :)

Проживала в отеле в июле 2023 года, когда была жара +43°
Чистый пляж, ухоженная территория, стандартный номер не очень большой, но уютный и удобный.
Уборка номеров, смена полотенец и пополнение мини бара ежедневно, без нареканий.
Очень вкусная еда, много морепродуктов ежедневно, вкусные и разнообразные десерты.
Дополнительно к главному ресторану можно было есть у бассейна (салаты, картофель с наполнителями, паста, мясо и рыба на гриле, фрукты, мороженое)
Рыбный ресторан а-ля карт впечатлил интерьером, блюдами и обслуживанием.
По вечерам представления и дискотеки на специальной площадке и в амфитеатре. Проживающим в основном корпусе отеля шум не мешает.
Море чистое, пандус для людей с ограниченными возможностями, пирс с лестницами в воду на разной глубине, да и сам заход в море с песком и очень мелкими камушками - все очень удобно. С одной стороны пляж другого отеля, со второй - дикий пляж и площадка для приземления парапланеристов.

The fact that the cost is higher is explained by a recently made repair, in fact, the repair is so-so, the entrance doors and doors to the bathroom were both yellowish-dirty in color, and remained. A small balcony like a birdhouse looks out onto the dusty streets, even 2 chairs are cramped there. The room itself is very small, cramped and dark.
The building is located so that on one side all rooms overlook the main street with active traffic + shops are being built on it – the constant noise of construction equipment and related work + it is very dusty.
On the other side, the room overlooks the road and outbuildings with equipment that are constantly noisy.
On the third side, the rooms overlook the wall of another building.
The fourth side is the sea view room, but the building is located far from the sea and the sea is actually not visible, the whole view is covered by trees and other buildings – there is no point in overpaying for it.
Now about customer orientation and consideration of wishes:
Both when booking and when checking in, they asked for a room in a quiet place, the upper floor. We got a lower floor, the room overlooks a dusty road with a view of a construction waste dump.
We rested in the first days of the opening of the hotel, accordingly, there was no full occupancy and there were definitely a lot of empty rooms.
After our request to change the room, they agreed to move us to 2 options to choose from:
1. Standart room in the same main building, side location, view of the road and the utility area with huge air conditioning units working around the clock, hoods and other things, smells and round-the-clock noise from this equipment were a bonus.
2. Deluxe garden room, located near the water park area (constant noise during the day) on one side and an amphitheater on the other side (wildest noise in the evening, contests like "miss and Mr. hotel").
No other options were offered, the staff behaved arrogantly, especially Alex – his duties include escorting guests to the room, taking a suitcase, giving initial information - but he behaved in such a way that he caused huge damage to the reputation of the hotel and the impression of its employees.
A few points to pay attention to when choosing a hotel:
1. The beach is absolutely not suitable for children. Large stones and not a convenient entrance to the sea, even adults barely came in, holding on to the handrails. It gets deep right away.
There are a lot of sun beds, they all stand right next to each other, it feels like at a train station, you can hear the neighbors talking. Someone is constantly walking: then women offering shopping, then a man calling for a parachute / banana, then animators with conversations.
2. Nutrition. From the category of "you will not stay hungry." Nothing special, a standard set of Turkish hotels. Not delicious desserts.
3. The hotel is tired, especially the common areas.
4. Bathrobes are only available on request. Washed, thin and hard. The towels are about the same.
5. There is an unpleasant smell in the sauna area, and the place itself is very untidy.
6. On weekends, locals come by, it gets very crowded and noisy, the restaurant is crowded
In general, the concept of the hotel remained unclear – this is not a children's hotel, because there will be no swimming in the sea, children's entertainment is at a low level.
The animation team is quite strange. There are no evening shows.
On the other hand, the hotel is not suitable for a relaxing holiday.
Some kind of average version of "neither this nor that" is the usual Turkish four. I am surprised by the reviews of people who write that they are returning to this hotel. There are so many really decent options.
