We had a vacation with our family in August 2024
I really liked the hotel
1. The sea is gorgeous, it is convenient that there is a pier with sun beds, a shower and a bar. The beach is also great, well maintained, lots of sun beds.
2. Food for 100 points out of 10))) if there are people who need to be surprised, you can safely go. There are a lot of fish and seafood! It was even scary to go to eat))) very good food selection, variety, cleanliness.
3. The staff is also excellent, and everywhere, starting from the reception (they speak Russian well), in restaurants (you don't really notice them, they clean up, help to convey, while not begging for tips. Well, a very strong animation team, there are just 10/20 people)) they entertain, light up, invite.
4. the room at first seemed very small, we lived in the main building on the 4th floor (the last floor), so due to the sloping roof, the space is still eaten up, but then we got used to it, there was enough space for two.
Who lived 2+reb there are more rooms apparently…
5. the territory is well-groomed and green, sheared, watered constantly. The mountains are very beautiful, a cool combination of sea/ mountains.
6. we went to the spa for massage and peeling, the girls from Indonesia did it, well, but it doesn't cost $ 50 per person. Only 1 hour (( and so in general I liked the spa. They also speak Russian well and are not very annoying with their procedures.
7. we went to Alaska to a seafood restaurant, also super 100 points out of 10)))

We had a rest in August 2023. Great location, mountains, greenery. The room was a comfortable family room in the main building. Good room facilities, really very comfortable. There is everything! The cleanliness is perfect, the marble floor. The bar is replenished daily. The linen is changed every other day. With regard to the hotel: A large area, there is a pier, sun beds under a common sun shade. Swimming pool. A large communal restaurant, very clean, good quality dishes, no chips and other things, clean tablecloths. The waiters clean everything up quickly. The food itself is varied, for every taste, There is a coffee shop, and in the courtyard of the main building there is a Turkish courtyard, where there is a coffee shop, there is also excellent coffee. Good animation, various show programs, parties. Most of the shows take place in the amphitheater. The hotel has a spa. There is always cold lemonade in the lobby bar at the entrance. The hotel is really of a good standard, but it also has an appropriate price tag
This is not the first time we have rested at the hotel, the hotel is a little behind in terms of quality of service and animation, compared to what it was 5 years ago, but 5 years ago it was very cool, the animation was gorgeous for children, juices were poured from bags in the restaurant, now there was liquid in the vending machines, I don't even know how to call it even worse than jupi, but it's even good, the children drank water. The sea also failed, twice a day, apparently, the ships dumped garbage into the sea and everything sailed to the shore. We rested from June 13 to June 20, 2024, I don't know if this always happens or only in June... But keep in mind. We sailed away from the shore, the water was more or less clear there, but it was unpleasant... The food in the hotel is good, the drinks leave much to be desired, well, a disco until 12 at night, which can be heard in the room, because the music is playing sooo loud, if you want to fall asleep at 23.00 after the end of the show and children's cartoons, it will not work in the bungalow, take a room in the main building, there is most likely no disco. It was the same 5 years ago. We flew with Pegasus Tourist, the managers at the hotel from Pegasus Marina and Mohamed Said are something, their main goal is to sell excursions, nothing else, the return flight was delayed for a long time, we found out about it ourselves, at night, when they wanted to take us to the airport with the children on a flight that was delayed for 21 hours!!! It's good that we looked on the Internet ourselves and saw that the flight was delayed, Pegasus Tourist did not tell us about it the night before, they found out late themselves, and at night the managers were asleep and sent a car for us 21 hours before departure, we told them that we would not go so long to the airport, the manager is on duty on the phone, he persuaded us to go, said that the airline would put us in another hotel there, it was good that we did not go and demanded to arrange a transfer later, because people then told at the airport that they were fighting to be put in a hotel due to the flight delay. Shameless, the worst airline Ural Airlines treats people like this. By the way, we did not buy a Ural Airlines plane ticket, we were supposed to fly by Turkish charter, but Pegasus transferred us to Ural Airlines, changed the departure time 5 times, keep this in mind too, if you have a charter, it does not matter which lines you can transfer to any other airlines, it is better to take regular ones. If it hadn't been for these unpleasant moments with Pegasus, then everything would have been fine, the return transfer was still arranged for us after long negotiations with the managers, but we did not wait for an apology...
