We had a rest from May 19 to May 29, 2024. We were well received, the staff was friendly. There are Russian speakers at the reception. Pleasant atmosphere. Cozy rooms. The food is good, drinks are both locally produced and imported, ice cream was served on time. The service is very good. 80-90% of vacationers are Europeans, there's no one else ...) Several pools, slides, a very beautiful, green area. The first line, the sea is 50 meters away, which is very convenient. The entrance to the sea is mixed, sand, small pebbles, slabs in places (this is a normal phenomenon in Conakles). There is also a well-equipped pier with comfortable access to the sea. “Family” is only in the name. There is no children's animation, drawing is one of the children's activities during the day. The evening program for children was monotonous, like aram-zam-zam ... and ended very quickly, as it was necessary to entertain adults. And they were entertained by traveling artists who, after our hotel, ran to a nearby Beach to perform the same program. The children's playground is small, two slides, 4 swings, everything! The only convenient thing was that it was located next to the beach, a volleyball court and a bar. Accordingly, children are always supervised. In general, I liked the hotel. You can definitely visit it once. You will not be disappointed 😉

We rested for 8 days in August, and everyone was very satisfied, both children aged 15 and 7, and adults. Awesome, beautiful and very well-groomed territory, the eye was just happy every day, we lived in a room with bunnies, room 708 is the best location for us, close to the sea and to the main pool. There is a lot of different food, there are some thematic events almost every day, such as the burgur fest, an evening of Italian cuisine, or sushi. It is a pity that we did not catch the gala dinner, which takes place every two weeks. The staff is friendly, upon arrival we received a postcard with wishes for a good rest and a box of chocolates, it was very pleasant. The sea is close, it was generally a 3-minute walk from our room, there are also a lot of sunbeds on the beach. The approach to the sea is good if you stay closer to the pontoon. There are 2 water parks on the territory, one for children, the second for everyone with 4 slides. The room cleaning is mediocre, but that's not why we went there. I really liked the hotel, there were many places where there were not adherents to go to the same hotel, but this is exactly the place where you want to return.
