I rented a Lada Niva there to travel around the country. The car was in very good condition and almost brand new. But then unfortunately the horror scenario happened and I had an accident with it. Fortunately, I had booked it with "super cover" and didn't have to pay anything for the damage. Very nice, helpful and uncomplicated people there! I would recommend them immediately!

The management was very fast and professional, we did not have any problems with the car, but when returning it the behavior of two operators was not correct. They saw that the car was fine and we signed for the delivery and when I was about to leave they asked me for more money because they said it was dirty. I didn't want to argue and I paid them, they put it in their pocket without giving me any documents. I think they kept it, making the company look bad.

We rented a car for a couple of days, booked in advance through the website, took a Toyota Camry with maximum insurance. The prices are higher than in Yerevan as a whole, but I wanted no surprises with transparent conditions, I was ready to overpay, without deposits and overstays. We contacted WhatsApp, clarified the details and confirmed the reservation. I paid on the spot with a foreign card, it was possible in cash, the MIR card is not accepted. The car was replaced with a Toyota RAV4 class higher without additional charges. They also offered a game, if you win, then you can rent a day for free, I won't spoiler about the game - but well done, we're confused)). They also warned that wheels/tires are not even covered by full insurance, which is important and should be borne in mind. Registration and inspection are prompt. The most important thing for me was that the car was fresh, not battered, in good condition, not smelly or smoky, drove about 500 km without any problems, enjoying the serviceable equipment and views of Armenia. What would you pay attention to- what would be even better: 1) There was a little lack of a phone holder, then I got used to it 2) The employee who issued the car warned that there would be an additional payment for the car wash at the end of the lease, or we had a good review, well, he said and said generally not intrusively. But when handing over, another employee was already more insistent, as it seemed to me, asking for feedback "right now", he did not believe that I would write anyway. But in general, it didn't spoil the impression of a good rental car and the company that offered it. I would have left a review myself because I liked it and can recommend it.
