The most absurd thing is that one of our company was told "You can see that you are 18+" and was allowed in. But the rest, who do not have a physical passport (although they have a photo on their phone), do not. That is, the age is determined by the administrator's gaze? Then why does the rule work for some people and not for others? If you don't have a strict system, but you have a "I want to let you in, I want to let you out" — write about it when booking. We lost time and money on the trip due to the lack of professionalism of the employee. I don't recommend it to anyone else.
