It doesn't look like a museum anymore, but a warehouse of all sorts. You can take a walk once. Mr. Ronachai collected all sorts of different things and collected 4 barns of this stuff. When the King of Thailand visited their province and learned this story, he allocated special lands to his family to establish a museum and a park. Now you can see everything here, starting with household items, cups, kettles, baskets used for fishing, old televisions that Thais love to watch, old phones, cameras, sewing machines, and so on. I also saw wine fermentation jugs in the Benyaran Museum, similar to those in one of my favorite childhood movies with Jackie Chan, The Drunken Master🤩

I decided to write a review about visiting the Benyaran Museum in Phuket or a modern look at the Thai mess!!! What can I say, comrades… I visited this "museum", if you can call it that. No, I didn't make a mistake in the quotes! This is not a museum, but some kind of giant warehouse of madness, assembled by the former Minister of War, who, apparently, did not know where to put their "collected". What's inside? - Yes, that's it! From ancient Buddhist statues to rusty pots, from expensive antique cabinets to a mountain of junk piled in a corner of the hangar, as in a landfill during perestroika. The exhibits are scattered as if they were collected in the dark and then forgotten why. Is the entrance paid? Yes, but this is Thailand! You can bargain like in a bazaar for bananas. "300 baht? Yes, I'll get in for 200!" And they let me in! Without a ticket, without a check, it's a solid shadow economy, but with a smile. Real Thai bullshit in action. How much time is needed? A whole day is not enough. Because half the time you'll be walking in circles trying to figure out if it's an exhibit or if they just forgot to throw it away. Bottom line: A strange but fascinating place. It was as if I had been inside the head of a maniac collector who dragged home everything that was badly stored. It's hard for a modern person to understand this — at least we had order in our museums! But if you want adventure and chaos, welcome. Rating: 3 stars P.S. If you decide, take a Thai Rum SangSom with you. For courage and correct perception of this absurdity!

I went there with my family. Overall, the impressions were very positive: the place is interesting, diverse and great for those who like to learn new things through real subjects of history and everyday life. However, it is impossible not to note a small disadvantage - some exhibits are repeated. For example, there are old black phones that look the same among the equipment, which is why part of the exhibition may not seem the most diverse. My sister even noticed that it made the individual storefronts look a bit pointless.
