A wonderful hotel, a very beautiful well-maintained territory, a panoramic elevator with a view of the pool, the room is sooo spacious, the bed is snow-white, it was very comfortable to sleep, there was even an ironing board and iron in the room. Drinking water was brought to the room daily. There are several restaurants on site, bars on site, animation on the beach, at the pool, and in the evening. Everything is perfect, except for the food, the food is on the "3", but for the Cubans themselves - probably on the "5", I highly recommend this hotel.
We stayed at the hotel twice. The service for Cuba is quite decent. Friendly staff. Clear. The perfect location. The boardwalk. A gorgeous beach. It's quieter in the bungalow, in the main building - I want to "mute" the animation, during the day it interferes with rest.
The hotel has a large territory, one pool is open, the bars are open, one in lobi, the other near the beach, the rooms are tired, water often leaks in the shower and toilet , cleaning-they wipe the floor, towels were changed once in two weeks-they ran all day first for towels and then another day for a cleaner to change towels and went to the reception-they said that there was a problem with the laundry🙈Later, as it turned out, the generator is only on the main body, when there was a blackout in the Cube-that's it! The bungalows were de-energized and disconnected from the entire water supply. The cuisine is standard Cuban without frills. Sometimes cockroaches were seen in the dining room. The animation is very decent and takes place in the nearby Arenas Hotel-this is one area-all the fun is here.
