This employee showed outright rudeness and a complete lack of respect for the customer. I consider this behavior unacceptable and completely incompatible with professional standards of service. I would like to remind you that your company's staff is obliged to treat customers with due respect and courtesy. I demand that immediate action be taken against this employee and that additional instruction be given to all staff on the importance of etiquette. Otherwise, I will be forced to contact the relevant supervisory authorities.
