We stayed for a couple of days as a family. We were given a room on the 63rd floor, with an extra bed for a child. A pleasant bonus was the welcome soft drinks and the opportunity for a free snack on the 20th floor. We enjoyed the sandwiches, fruits, sweets and drinks there. The room itself is not bad, water, tea, coffee are replenished, towels are changed, but cleaning is not very enthusiastic. There is no flexible shower head in the shower or bathroom. There is only an overhead shower in the shower, and a faucet in the bathroom... It's like a feature for information, this is the first time we've seen it. The view from the windows is wonderful, of course, and that's why we chose it in many ways... At the reception, located on the 18th floor, there is a Russian-speaking employee, if you need him ... The disadvantages are a lot of Indians, hustle and bustle around the hotel, given the market and shopping malls. You will have to transfer by 2 elevators to get to the room. The first floor is up to the 18th floor, the second to the 73rd (if I remember correctly) is even higher on the third observation deck... There is a waiting time, although the elevators run quite fast. On the plus side, it's a 4-minute walk to the metro to the airport, the last train leaves at 00-00, it was convenient for us. Siam Paragon shopping complexes can be reached on foot in 25 minutes, and there is another one nearby in 10 minutes, so if you are shopping, it is quite convenient. Otherwise, it matches the description and most of the reviews.

The hotel is noticeably old, but clean and atmospheric. It feels like we've been in the movies of the 90s or 2000s. Decide for yourself whether this is a minus for you or not. The staff is very friendly and attentive, when the "do not disturb" sign was left, they left drinking water under the door, which is very nice. The room was very clean, the hairdryer and other things were quite fresh. The shower worked well, the water pressure was excellent. A comfortable king size bed. Breakfasts - there are several floors to choose from, one of them has a balcony, you can have breakfast with a beautiful view. It's quite tasty, there's plenty to choose from. The location is good, very close to BTS, and overall getting anywhere wasn't a problem. Upon leaving the hotel, you immediately enter the market, where there is food and clothing with souvenirs. Taxis and delivery services have always found this hotel without problems. For hotel guests, you can go to the famous observation deck for free. The hotel is quite large, but there have never been any problems with the elevator. There is a staff who makes sure that the elevators are always waiting for you at the lobby, so you almost never have to wait for the elevator. Unfortunately, the pool was disappointing. It is quite old and small, without any kind of view, a view of a painted wall. There are a lot of guests from India in the hotel, and there is also a sense of the Indian quarter around the hotel. Decide for yourself whether it's a plus or a minus.
