I have no complaints just to say they are fantastic in their services. The buses are on time,no delays along the way, the drivers drive very well and the ladies in the ticket office handle people very well, you give them your passport, you tell them where you are going, you pay. No time wastage and they explain everything, time for departure, bus number, the seat number. Excellent 👌

Огромные очереди, всего 1 вход и очень жарко и душно внутри вокзала, в туалете пахнет страшно… Как-то видели, как уборщица заходит в туалет, просто расписывается о регулярной уборке и уходит) Выводы сами нарисовываются. Но есть магазины с сувенирами, кофе и едой, чтобы скоротать ожидание, а ещё огромное табло, где видно отправку и прибытие рейсов. Объявления делают на русском и английском языках по несколько раз, очень удобно. Интересно было почитать табло с международными рейсами, очень впечатляет их количество.
