I contacted this service to replace the automatic transmission. After completing the work, I immediately noticed that the gearbox was "kicking" a lot. To this, the owner of the service assured that this was normal - the box was "adapting". They also recommended replacing the starter, which was done. After taking the car, I had to leave. Upon returning, a serious problem was discovered: the gearbox began to wedge on one of the gears. I immediately returned the car to the service, where they told me that the warranty had already ended, although there was still a whole week left before it ended! After picking up the car, a week later I received a call from the service offering to pick up the car. It turned out that, in their opinion, the problem was not in the box, but in the joint. At the same time, they did not provide me with any guarantee for the replaced automatic transmission, and they continued to claim about the pinky that they would "adapt". It's been a month now, but the box still hasn't adapted. The problems remained, the money was wasted. Bottom line: The service is completely incompetent. Customers are being misled, warranty obligations are being waived, and they are not responsible for poorly performed work. If you don't want to waste your money, avoid this service.

I ordered a contract gearbox, it came with obvious external defects, clutch backlash and a broken oil filter housing, the box doesn't even have a marketable appearance, it's covered in oil, they refused to return the funds
