We had a rest at the sanatorium in October 2025, we liked everything, of course there are moments that can be improved, but overall we had a great rest! The air is good, the territory is not large , but it is surrounded by greenery! The staff is different, but in general everyone is friendly! We arrived on Sunday, we were late for lunch, but we were fed, thanks to the nurse on duty, unfortunately I did not remember the name! The food is homemade, there is something to choose from, but if someone comes later there may not be enough, this is a small minus, but you will not stay hungry! In the bar on the 1st floor you can eat , drink coffee, and so on, there is no menu with prices , coffee is about 240 rubles. , a glass of wine too, cocktails are already from 700 rubles , you need to call them on excursions, since they do not sit there, you can call a Yandex taxi ! In general, we are satisfied with the rest, there is something to compare it with, we often rested in the Sochi sanatorium, the level is certainly higher, but the prices are now much higher! Each sanatorium is good in its own way! You just need to study where you are going before the trip, then there will be no problems!

He pours water on the stones, prepares brooms, and is ready to steam each participant once. I also offered each of the chips a jar of fresh horseradish — it's unrealistic to pierce the airways. The hover is pretty fast, about 5 minutes, Probably next time I would pay extra for a more serious program. They rent for 2 hours, it cost 50 thousand drams for 2 hours. We took 4 hours and sat for 4.5 hours. As a result, 106 thousand were asked for a bath, which is absolutely consistent with the time spent. There is a kitchen, drinks, everything is prepared and brought quite quickly. It is also important that the price included bathrobes, hats, towels, sheets, slippers. We had a rest with the whole family. Overall, I liked it. The staff is friendly, cleaning is optional, at least every day. You are always welcome to change the linen and towels. (By the way, the bed linen is of good quality and excellent washing.) The lack of shampoo did not bother me, I always use only my own. In my room, one of the chairs on the balcony and the chipped floor in the same place clearly needed repair. Otherwise, everything is quite at a good level. The territory is small, but beautiful, and it is clear that it is constantly being equipped and decorated with great taste. That's just the pavilion with mineral water should be put in order: such a beautiful pot (or jug) should only be tinted, well, the metal details of its decor also spoil the look very much. The pools are good, both outdoor and indoor. The latter is quite deep and large, though a little uncomfortable, because you can beautifully put chairs around, for example. As for the treatment, the doctor was very attentive and her appointments were competently justified. By the way, you can get additional treatments, for example, full back massage (masseuse HELEN - I recommend), kinesitherapy (physical therapy) doctor Arthur - a high-class specialist - I recommend. As for the food, the main thing is that the food was of good quality, quite varied and deliciously cooked. There were no intrusive entertainments, but there was a good saxophonist one evening, a wonderful singer the other day, and then the violinist pleased me (that was on the day of the sculpture's opening). It seemed to me that the children lacked an animator, but the weather was good and they obviously did not miss much. In general, I was satisfied with both the rest and the treatment. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come here again. THANKS to all the staff!!!

We had a rest in September 2022. In general, a pleasant place. They quickly checked into the room. The staff is friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian. Nutrition - if you eat everything, you will not stay hungry. But nothing special. If you have diabetes, then eating is quite stressful. There are a lot of carbohydrate foods, meat and fish are too tight. We came to dinner a couple of times a little later and could only eat potatoes, even there were no vegetables. There is a cafe, but you will not be able to eat there with all your desire. Coffee, water and sweets. The territory is decent, walking paths of varying length and complexity. There are a lot of abandoned Soviet health resorts around the sanatorium. It's a pity to look at this abandonment. The rooms are quite spacious, but the suite we paid for can be called a suite with a big stretch. If only for the number of rooms and two balconies, one of which cannot be used, there are not even simple chairs. The room itself is very much in need of repair, burnt and stained carpet, tulle and curtains with cigarette holes. There are not even mugs in the suite to make tea, only two simple glasses. The outdoor pool was no longer working. The indoor pool is small and not very comfortable. There are no classes in the pool. If you like to wander around the territory, go for procedures, just sleep off and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, then it is quite possible to go.

I had a rest in a sanatorium in early April with my son, almost 13 years old. And from the very beginning I was terribly disappointed, because the tour operator assured me that the children were receiving treatment, and the doctor said that they did not treat children, although there was a phrase in correspondence with the operator that children from the age of 9 could be treated at the discretion of the doctor. But discretion should imply at least some kind of survey. None of this happened. After my dissatisfaction, they assigned him to walk on pebbles, inhalation and paid (so you can)) massage. And they allowed you to use the pool, although getting towels for it is still a quest if you do not have an Armenian SIM card. The medical base is mostly old. All the staff are friendly and courteous, trying to help. The reception is open until 15.00 maximum, on Sun - day off. This is unexpected. To be sure that there will be a choice of dishes, you need to come to the opening. Very tasty dairy products and salads. There is no coffee, only in the bar. Pleasant territory. Junior suite - with old furniture (one mattress is squeaky) and plumbing (the plumber came 4 times, never fixed it). Yerevan is not far away, which is very convenient.

In July 2024, we had a rest in Armenia at the Arzni sanatorium. We lived in the second building in a family suite, which can only be called a suite because of the area. The room is three-room, living room and 2 bedrooms. The room was probably renovated back in Soviet times. Everything is covered with dusty carpet, plaster from the ceiling is crumbling in places. The plumbing was killed, the toilet was constantly out of order. And in general, there are constant interruptions with hot water in the sanatorium, especially during the daytime, when procedures are carried out. The big problem is that the air conditioner was only in one room - the living room, and the windows in the bedrooms did not open for ventilation, only wide open, which created a strong draft. The staff is mostly friendly, but not without complaints. We had difficulty setting up daily cleaning in the room through the administration. Before that, they could not clean for 2-3 days. The sanatorium does not provide for washing clothes, there is no laundry room, which guests can use independently, only through maids for an additional fee. With a long stay in a sanatorium, this creates certain difficulties. We used the laundry through the maids, the clothes came back with stains, as they were before washing. If you are prescribed a massage, choose massage therapists Helen or Levon. I got to the masseuse Tatevik, which I regretted very much. A rude and boorish girl who has a constant confusion in her notes. Twice I was faced with the fact that another patient was registered with me at the same time, after which I refused her services and changed the massage therapist. The food is quite tasty, but monotonous, and for 20 days of stay in the sanatorium, of course, I got bored. If you do not have time to start breakfast / lunch / dinner, you risk not finding a free table, since the dining room is clearly not designed for the number of guests staying. Conclusion: the sanatorium is designed for short-term stays, it is not comfortable with long rest. We will definitely return to Armenia, but not to this place.

We had a rest with my wife at the Arzni sanatorium. We really liked it. We go twice a year (it was like this before the pandemic), we were in Jermuk in Armenia. Starting with the booking, we booked by phone, without prepayment. There is a tour at the sanatorium. The arznitravel agency, which organized a transfer from the airport to the sanatorium. What I would like to note right away is that they are very friendly people. Upon arrival at the sanatorium, it was Saturday at 15 o'clock local time, we were quickly checked in and issued books for procedures, then another 30 minutes from the doctor on duty, who is on duty around the clock in the sanatorium (not all sanatoriums have doctors for 24 hours) and who prescribed procedures and all organizational issues were completed. I would like to note the clarity of the organization of the procedures. All procedures are free, and we were assigned 5 of them for each day (except Sunday) Very kind and helpful staff, coming to your time for the procedure, they are already waiting for you, but even if you are late for your time, they will still release the procedure, you may have to wait a little. In addition to the procedures, there is excellent mineral water and the purest mountain air. Meals are served according to the buffet system. there are always 2-3 first courses in the assortment, as many second courses, a couple of options for salads, porridges, fruits, vegetables, herbs, pastries. So the food is for every taste. But those who want something more can go to a cafe. The sanatorium is located in a gorge, on a slope. The territory is clean and well-groomed, planted with beautiful trees and shrubs, there are paths for walking. There are two pools, an outdoor one that works in the warm season (at the beginning of April it was just being prepared) and an indoor one that works all year round. The sanatorium is quiet and peaceful, my wife and I, as young pensioners (in our sixties), really liked it. I would like to say a big thank you to the director of the sanatorium and all the staff for their work for the benefit of our health. We will definitely come there again. And a few more words about the tour. The arznitravel agency, where excellent specialists work, starting from the manager Mariam, who is always ready to offer an interesting trip to Armenia, and there is something to see, these are ancient pagan temples and Christian monasteries, museums, we really liked the tour of Yerevan, and also to the beautiful Sevan, where you can not only admire the beauty, but also and try the fish caught from the lake. On our trips, we were accompanied by the guide Gohar, who loves her job very much and talks very interestingly about her country. And I would also like to mention the drivers who work with this company, who drive quietly but manage to do everything in time.

The fact is that they planned a sanatorium in Jermuk Olympia, but due to the unsettled situation on the border, they were still afraid to go there. We were rebooked to the Arzni sanatorium. Pavel's review, in my opinion, is generally about another place. Mineral water is 50 meters from the sanatorium along a beautiful path, surrounded by lawn and trees. The territory is really not large, but well maintained. Three directions for terencourt. The food is good, the food is delicious, if you don't eat everything at once every day, then you won't get tired of anything. One day you can take chicken, another meat, the third is something else, there is an assortment. There was no air conditioning in the room, but today is October 28th, and there is not much heat. The sanatorium is located in a gorge, and there is no special heat, it is pleasantly cool at night, we do not close the balcony. Treatment is the same as in all resorts of Caucasian mineral waters, Belokurikha, Sochi, Karlovy Vary, the difference is only in the equipment. Somewhere newer, somewhere older, but the effect of treatment does not depend on it, the main thing is a positive attitude, a great mood and the result will not slow down. The staff at the sanatorium is very friendly and friendly. Russian Russians are not many, but all the guests of the sanatorium speak Russian with us.

Very friendly staff, that's where all the good things end. There is no cure. All procedures since the Soviet era. The sanatorium has a swimming pool, but it is impossible to use it, it is cold. Asking to turn on the heating is useless. By numbers, everything is simple and modest. There are no shampoos, but they put toothpaste. And terrible noise at night from some kind of ventilation systems. It is not possible to go out on the balcony, the number of flies is off the scale. And the heated towel rail does not work in the room. You have to ask for room cleaning, we had it cleaned once in a week. The food is tolerable, but very monotonous. It's better not to leave the territory, there's just nowhere to go. There is devastation all around. And I do not recommend booking excursions in the sanatorium itself. The cars are broken down to order a guide, which is another plus to the price. It's easier to take a taxi and drive yourself.
