The hotel has an excellent location. Everything is nearby, in the immediate vicinity: massage parlors, cafes, fruit stalls. The room has an excellent view of the sea and stunning sunsets! Daily room cleaning, perfect bed linen, snow-white towels, and a safe in the room, hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle. Daily free water, tea, coffee according to the number of guests. Nice buffet in the morning. The staff is simply beyond praise! The pool is on the 19th floor with perfectly clean water, plenty of sun beds, and a very clean toilet. I recommend booking a room with a balcony in order to avoid difficulties with drying bathing accessories. In general, we are very satisfied with the hotel: a combination of price and quality!

The convenient location of the hotel is on the second line, but a little in the courtyards. The view from the room to the sea is amazing, but the pan-glass window does not open and the outside is not completely clean. Our corner room 1008 had access to a small balcony where we dried our clothes, and most importantly, we met a stunning sunrise over the sea! I would like to note the goodwill of all the staff. The furniture in the superior room is already worn out, especially the chairs and the ottoman. The beds are comfortable with snow-white linens. The pool helped out during the hottest time, but the saunas did not work. Breakfast started at 6 a.m., and some items changed every day (for example, soups and hot dishes). not much baking. but you won't stay hungry, you can choose the food you like.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and were generally satisfied! I liked the location — it's very convenient, everything is nearby. The plumbing worked flawlessly. The bed linen is pleasant, the towels are snow—white and in a complete set - it is pleasantly pleasing. We had a family room, and there is a small nuance here: it seemed that there was not enough furniture — it seemed like something was taken out and forgotten to return. The rest of the room is quite comfortable. I would like to mention the rooftop area separately: a small but clean pool, only 6 sun loungers, but we always had enough space, often we were alone there. There is also a treadmill and dumbbells on the roof — such a compact gym)))) The breakfasts are good: there are eggs, soup, meat, a good selection of salads, fruits are presented in an average assortment, but with cakes the choice is perhaps too small. But overall, the breakfast is hearty and varied. In general, the hotel is good, the value for money is excellent. To be honest, we have been traveling for many years, we have been to many countries, including Asia. At the time of check-in, we booked a room of a class slightly lower than the one we were checked into, for which we thank the hotel very much!!! The room has a sea view. A nice bonus after a long flight. Room cleaning every day, everything is decent, according to the standards. We took half-board meals, we didn't really want to run around the cafe in search of food (it's not delicious, it's not expensive, etc.). In general, we expected a buffet for dinner, like many people, but we were pleasantly surprised when dinner was served right in the room!!!!! In general, the staff is interested in whether you have a handshake in terms of what you want, within the limits of what is available. I would like to say a huge thank you to the chef and the staff for their care and hospitality, the food is at the highest level, the service is like in a restaurant, hot, salads, fruits. It's delicious, honestly, you can't eat everything at once, we left it for lunch the next day. We returned from Nha Trang yesterday. We lived from 29.07 to 9.08 .26 in this hotel. The operator was looking for options for four people in a family room, preferably with a balcony. There was a hitch with the registration of passports and I had to cancel the previously booked,,Balkoni,,. At the last moment, after reading the reviews about this three, we decided. A family room with no description on the website. Without a balcony and small in size for a family. There are two large double beds in the room. There is no pressure on them at all. Comfortable, They cover every day. Towels were changed daily. Very original areas for suitcases and belongings. There are no cabinets as such. There 's only one chair . There are 2 tea pairs. I asked for two more, but only one was allocated. The kettle, coffee, and green tea were replenished three in one in triplicate, although I said there were four of us. Water every day . Sea view from the room, 1009 corner. It was quiet, and in the mornings, with the small window open, they listened to the roosters. Of course, the air conditioner blowing on the bed is a big problem. The temperature was constantly adjusted so as not to catch a cold. The location is certainly convenient. The second line and a little bit in the yard. In a circular other hotels. There is no direct passage to the sea. We go to the second line and go in any direction to the corner and then to the sea. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk on one side, and two long minutes on the other. My stay at the Apus Hotel Nha Trang city is from 11/26/2025 to 12/10/2025, solo vacation. Convenient location, shopping malls, cafes, currency exchange, sea, massage are available. In general, the hotel is not bad for its price category, I liked it. The staff is always polite, I had to print out the necessary vouchers for the rest of the trip, they did not refuse at the reception. The service corresponds to the stars: daily replenishment of water, tea, coffee, regular wet cleaning and fresh towels. The room had a bathtub and plumbing, all in good working order, the bed linen was clean without stains. There is a swimming pool and a large lounge area on the roof, there are also treadmills and several dumbbell equipment, but it did not work during my stay. The hotel's two elevators were working properly. No insects were found. The presence of an air conditioner in the room, in which the air flow was directed directly to the bed, this small disadvantage was compensated by a cozy balcony. By turning off the air conditioner at night and leaving the door to the balcony open, I slept comfortably. The only negative was that the breakfasts were rather monotonous. It wasn't a problem for me, it's for those who like to eat delicious food. In conclusion, I would like to recommend Apus Hotel to anyone who is looking for a harmonious combination of comfort, convenient location and excellent service at a reasonable price.

My family and I have frequent vacations at different hotel levels. I will say that we are not picky. I'll try to keep it short.... They're complaining that there aren't enough towels in the room! In order not to return the deposit later. And it's not just us. I turned out their entire suitcase for the camera recording so they could see that I didn't have their little hand towel. It was written with a translator !!! They 're dumb . They write that!!! Sometimes we don't have a carpet, sometimes we don't have a carpet. As a result, they offered to take a picture of a towel on the street. Like we found him. We've got our nerves frayed, and we've wasted our time on these showdowns. As a result, they brought it! We must seek our truth!!!!!! Otherwise, don't prove anything before you leave! And the deposit will not be refunded! The problems didn 't end there . There were three of us in the room. And every day we asked for a third set of spoons.Let's go to the beach and I took a passion fruit from the room. I have a petition from the Administration!!! What's missing in the room is a spoon ! I'm explaining!!!! She's here! Safe and sound! It's useless! I took a spoon from the kitchen and it started!!!!! 🤣 They started you took from another zone! Like they stole it!!!!
