One of the worst banks I ever visited in Armenia. I don't know what is wrong with the staff of this bank. They are not sporting, not friendly, and talk very rudely, as if we owe something to them. I was there, and they told me that you need to bring a translator. We will never talk to you. This is our bank policy. I will definitely write to the banking ombudsman about what kind of policies the banks follow there.

AMIO bank on st Yervand Kochar is the most terrible bank. They take your money but not put in your account. Security cameras work in their favour. Manager unfairly support his employee. Covering her up. If they don’t return my money which is £1000 I will take them to European Court. I will do everything to get my money back.

The simplest issue takes a very long time to resolve. Employees make a lot of mistakes. Important cases are delayed and no one has the desire to speed up the process.

The most terrible bank!!! Employees themselves do not understand their responsibilities. If you are going to them, get ready to spend more than an hour of time. The manager is on his own mind, watching only his clothes, a high-flying bird.
