We had a vacation in March 2025. We liked everything: The location in the center of all the hangouts.
The food was everything you could wish for.
The Staff Is Friendly. Polite and positive. The room is clean and even put flowers in a vase in the morning)
Animation - I really enjoyed playing and dancing by the pool all the time. There are concerts with dancers in the evening.
The beach bar was making cocktails)
Rescuers always guarded our belongings and us.
The only small disadvantage is that after the beach there is no faucet to wash off the sand, you had to walk in the sand to the hotel. Repairs are underway there, and I think they will be done soon. Thank you all very much! We'll come again)

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days, in July 2023.
The location is good. There are cafes nearby, and Hoseong Park is within walking distance.
The rooms are modest, but if you only come for an overnight stay, it will do.
Previously, you could easily get to the Gavana Club (very close) for 1,250 pesos. Starting in 2024, entry is only by credit card (perhaps our Mir does not accept it).
Rooms are cleaned in a minute. They take away the trash and wave a couple of times with a broom by the bed.
Small ants live in the hood, as in many hotels in Cuba. They don't bite. The main thing is not to leave any food, put everything in the mini fridge in the room.
The
staff is smiling, but they charged me a fine of 38€ for nothing. (for Cuba, this is the monthly salary of one of the employees) I do not speak Spanish. I was resting alone. I haven't paid yet, we haven't fallen behind.

Excellent hotel , good location in the heart of Varadero, within walking distance of the ocean - it's just great. The hotel itself is beautiful , large territory , well maintained . The rooms are also large , they are cleaned every day, towels are changed on demand and bed linen , too, the food is very tasty, varied and you eat meat and fish and salads , because the cook is prepared with a soul. The waiters work at the highest level , and if you treat Alyonka, everything will be at your feet . The girls are also doing well in the lobby bar, they prepare delicious coffee, high-quality drinks, they do not regret it. Everything is clean , polite , smiling staff . Come and you won't regret it, I've been to other hotels, but Palm Real is the best!!! I also want to add that I really liked the annimation , artists come every evening , everything is new , you just won 't be bored , I recommend it . I'll be back again, I can't wait for my vacation! And Cuba is SUPER COOL.
