Office space is not recommended. The 3rd, 4th and 5th floors are not suitable for offices, no wonder C Space left here. There is no sound insulation. The wind blows in the dark rooms. The sun protection of the windows is very bad. The administration promises that it does everything and does nothing. If IT Park sends you here, then don't come. I do not recommend renting an office in Modera Towers, there is nothing good except the location.

At this stage, the registration ends. One thing confuses! The house was built on a place where once there was (and I think so to this day there is) a lot of underground water.
