Awesome Expensive, but worth it. Good air, nature. The service is excellent. The procedures are very well organized. Everything is on time and on time. All tests are included in the price. No extra for the money. Herbal teas, salt room, swimming pools. Just fine. The food is NOT dietary. You won't be able to lose weight) But this is at the discretion of the person. There are always greens and good fruits. There are a lot of national dishes. There was red fish and even caviar for breakfast. There's a concert in a day. They invite singers. They even seem to be famous in Uzbekistan. An excursion to Amirsoy is also included in the price. They brought it, paid for the tickets for the cable car, and took it back. Super everything!!! Living conditions, staff, treatment. The whole management is organizing a day with treatment!!! Drink some water, herbal tea during the day!!! I wish the food also implied treatment: a lot of meat. Mostly elderly people come to the sanatorium for treatment. Preferably less meat in the morning and evening, and more dairy and vegetables. In the morning we ate beans with garlic, then it wasn't really bad. If treatment of the gastrointestinal tract is given, then dietary nutrition is appropriate!

We had a rest in a cottage for 8 people, for some reason the Wi-Fi was turned off at 21.00-22.00. It just didn't work, it's very strange, maybe we wanted to watch some movies? It didn't turn on until we left. Half of the Food in the buffet is cold. Sweets and yoghurts are not updated, in other places I saw how there were a mountain of yoghurts, but here 15-20 pieces are obtained for all (?) The whole room was full, and there were other guests who woke up a little later.

It is expensive, not all services are available if you do not buy a 7-day package. The constant demand for documents gets on your nerves, even for 3-year-olds. The buffet is only for the first persons who did not have time, they were late. You're late, so you'll eat what's left. The entertainment program is only 1.5 or 2 hours very short. There is no more entertainment. The tour was promised and never delivered. The further the worse it gets. I liked the mineral water pool and the Finnish sauna. To sum it up, it's very boring, but it's clean.

A very beautiful resort resort. We spent 10 days there very fun and useful. Initially I thought it would be boring, but when we arrived it was the opposite. Every day we conducted various, very useful therapeutic and restorative procedures (various therapeutic massages, water treatments, physiotherapy, sports, etc., which were carefully planned by a professional attending physician. Buffet meals are a separate topic for discussion. During all these 10 days, I almost did not observe the repetition of the same dish. At the same time, three meals a day in each of them there are 2 options for the first course and 5-6 options for the second course. A variety of healthy salads, fruits, desserts and drinks, including several varieties of tea and various natural drinks. There are concerts 2-3 times a week... In general, I didn't have to get bored, I didn't even have time to set aside time for some creative things that I planned at home. Definitely, the treatment and rest here justifies its money. Thanks to the management and the TIBET employee. You are real professionals in your field. We will definitely come again. By the way, I have already purchased vouchers for my parents too!

I thought for a long time what kind of review to leave… 1) Price - we were cheated on the price above the specified, and they also made a "discount" for the fact that we are newlyweds. On Instagram, there were 22 million sums in the current price list, we were counted 28 and this is at a discount))) 2) Doctors - there are none. There are 2 doctors sitting, they are just general practitioners, there is no gynecologist and urologist at all. Don't expect such inspections here 3) transfer - there is no transfer either. We were driving back with a taxi driver, at a price higher than they indicated at the reception (apparently someone's brother-in-law is bombing there). The 5-star hotel does not even have a transfer… 4) SPA - great. There's nothing to add here, BUT - when children come to the hotel... you can't see any rest here, there are no rules that you can't splash in the pool. 5) There is no entertainment for children, they only rush around the dining room during meals, or spoil the property (I attach a photo of the unfortunate cue). In the same recreation room FOR ADULTS, there are no elementary rules - remove the balls behind you, leave order. 6) Therapeutic massage is just trash. The girl was making it for me, then another one came in, started chatting with her, while also SITTING ON the COUCH. But that's not all, I was given a massage for 30 minutes, when my husband came, he said that he was given 15 minutes ... there is no time limit, even if they made a separate sheet with a schedule, but how else can I understand that they are phishing on us???? 7) there is no yoga indicated. 8) Even mineral water does not work (photo) 9) When we talked to the locals, they said that there is a periodic turnover here, that six months ago the staff was much better (this is about the medical services unit) So, the pros : 1) Food. The comments below confused my husband and me, but I'll tell the truth - the restaurant team was changed, now the food is constantly updated, even though you come by 9:50, there will be food. The food itself is very tasty, a great variety, the restaurant manager meets at the entrance, a very nice young man) 2) Mountains - the view from the room is a real fairy tale, the air is really fresh and saturated 3) Soap massage is just incredible, the woman is very attentive, hardworking, handles the body better, much better than medical massage. Bottom line: we rate the hotel at 3 stars, negligence is annoying. We will seek to remove the status of 5 stars from it Tip: if you are coming here, then immediately on the first day fix what is not there - take pictures, shoot videos, record on a dictaphone. I think that compensation of 50% of the cost can be safely returned. 2 stars - the first for the spa and mountains, the second for the dining room. Even before arriving in Tashkent, I thought that it was WOW for Uzbekistan, that they say only a 3-star hotel in Moscow, like 5 in Italy, but NO. After talking with the locals, they told us a story, they convinced us that this is not the case everywhere, they advised a hotel in Tashkent, now there is something to compare it with.

We had a rest with children from 08/18/2024 to 08/11/2024 . The service is at the highest level.The food is varied, beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, an evening Chinese tea ceremony was held to the sound of Chinese music, an evening coffee break with various types of cakes and fruits in chocolate. I was surprised by a turkey on fire and a ship with land.The staff is tactful, not curious. The rest was a success: we improved our health. We received all the physical procedures prescribed by the doctor, after passing all the tests.I really liked the salt cave, Crimean mud applications, geyser bath, underwater massage. Foot massage .I would like to mention the masseuse Sevara separately. The best professional in his field! The cosmetologist on the first day did a gorgeous facial peeling, mask, cream. For the second and third time , strawberry masks . I really liked the hi-top device. We lived in both a standard and a junior suite. Everywhere there are panoramic views of the mountains and the forest, silence and peace soar around, in the evenings the trembling of grasshoppers, and the smell of lavender wafts. We drank various herbal teas every day:goji, rosehip, elderberry, and definitely oxygen foam.On Tuesday, a concert with pop stars is held on the street in the summer kitchen: with delicious burgers, salads and sweets. and on Thursday, there's a dance concert on the fourth floor. The most interesting thing starts every Saturday: a picnic in nature with kebabs, meat-giz and freshly baked tortillas....Mmm and other goodies. Dancing in the open air began to the lively sounds of music and the singing of famous artists Peter Ruziev, Ilkhom Farmonov. And our stay ended with a big bright fireworks display. Three children vacationing with me also found entertainment in the sanatorium: swimming pool, tennis, billiards, Playstation. In the evening, guests are taken for a ride in an electric car. And the most amazing and memorable was the shuttle bus ride from Tibet to Amirsai on the cable car, we were lifted to a height of 2290 m, on the observation deck we admired all the views of the surrounding mountains and peaks. But I will also say about one minus - in the room with a pearl bathtub and in room 201 there is a terrible smell of sewage. Measures must be taken. Everything is perfect in the other rooms.The rooms were cleaned daily, very clean and unobtrusive. We provided all the necessary tools for everyday use.Only warm memories remain from the rest. We recommend this five-star sanatorium both as a family resort and also for recreation and wellness!
