Galerie Lafayette is not just a shopping center, but a whole world of fashion, beauty and French style! Once there was a case when they forgot to put one UGG on me, and I didn't check it, I found it on arrival, found their contact and wrote to the mail. They answered me and sent me a package with ugg boots and pleasant surprises (bracelets and other cute things), as well as a letter of apology. In general, it was very pleasant.
