I contacted this company to find out the price of an apartment in Empire, before contacting, I analyzed the market myself and contacted another company to give me an estimate, in the end, they agreed that the market price was 2.6-2.7. The manager of the Royal company said that the market value of the apartment was 2-2.1 million, mentioning the option from the construction company for 2 (1.99 million b.), which has already been sold (according to the Piano manager in correspondence), apartments in this complex cost from 2.7 on the Piano website, I asked why if the market value is 2-2.1 on your website from 2.7, the Piano manager replied that the client decided so, that is I haven't decided whether to sell at their recommended price.
