The food was prepared for a very long time and still wasn't very good. The chicken is tough, sometimes undercooked, and the choice of seasonings is, to put it mildly, unfortunate. The steak was served with a poor piece of meat and two slices of squash on the grill. I had to remind him about the flatbread, and it was clear from the waiter's reaction that he was not going to carry it. in general, I definitely do not recommend this restaurant. I absolutely don't understand why there are so many good reviews. and yes, we were alone in the restaurant, so there's no way to explain the long wait for a full landing.

There were no wings, no salt or pepper, they were coated with something and brought with sauce. The beef is soft but dry. Waiters should be called with a "button", they are not proactive, but the service is not small and is included in the bill. If I'm still in Samarkand, I'll avoid this "restaurant". In general, during the 3 days of visiting Samarkand, we did not find a single decent restaurant that even remotely approached the European quality of service.

We asked the waiter if it was possible to sit at an empty table on the street, he said that the table was reserved (let me remind you that the establishment is open until 00:00, and the time is 23:00). I asked if I could sit inside in that case, and he rudely replied no, we're closing soon. I would like to note that I spoke Uzbek. I can't say that it was discrimination because we are tourists. I strongly recommend that the managers and administration of this institution have conversations with the staff so that the rating of the institution does not decrease. Customer orientation - 0, politeness - 0, benevolence - 0. In an hour, we would have had time to have a snack and drink lemonade. But the waiter didn't even bother to specify what exactly we wanted to order or how long we were staying.

I'm absolutely thrilled, this restaurant will definitely be on my must have list in Uzbekistan. The staff is attentive, they try very hard, there are a lot of guests, we were almost full boarding on Wednesday evening. Therefore, it should be taken into account that your dish, and if it is still complex, can be cooked for 40 minutes. But this will be a dish from the heat of the heat, and not yesterday's preheated preparation in the microwave. I especially recommend the salad with crispy eggplant, tongue in cream sauce, tobacco chicken and strudel with ice cream. From the bottom of my broad Russian soul, thank you!

Each dish is prepared separately for you, if you want to eat quickly, then be patient, and as a result you will get maximum pleasure. Dishes are taken out both when ready and at will (by the way, I have not seen this anywhere else in Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara) and everything is very, very tasty! There is alcohol. Moreover, there is nothing for a simple Russian person to do here, because European pensioners are more favored here. So it was in our case: the waiters hovered around the speakers, carefully pouring wine into glasses. And they just dryly put a corked bottle of beer on the table, at least they brought us a glass. Maybe the kitchen has fixed the situation? Far from it, it is again designed for European taste. You won't find a single hint of the flavor of local dishes here. In order not to be verbose: here, jiz is just roast lamb on the bone with potato chips. Absolutely dry and tasteless, but very salty. At the same time, it was already preparing for 35 minutes. And for this outrage, you will be charged no less than 900 rubles. In general, it's all doubtful. It's better to go to some nearby teahouse, and leave this place to intourists.

I regret only one thing: that we discovered this restaurant not on the first day of the trip. In Samarkand, there are no problems with the question of tasty food at all, but this institution is an order of magnitude higher than the rest in the quality of service and atmosphere. They fulfill my whims, there is no need to expect anyone - the staff is always ready to help. Everything is at the highest level: the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, the speed of serving and the design of the dishes (try the meat in Kutaisi)! The only thing I could find fault with is don't roast the lamb so much. I recommend it to everyone who is going to the purest and kindest city of Samarkand - be sure to visit Khan Atlas!
