There were places when we arrived at night. It is not close to the center, but taxis, in general, are not expensive - 7,000-8,000 soums to Labi House and the Citadel of Ark. There is a bank nearby to exchange dollars, in theory there is also a point of sale for Ucell Sim cards, but it did not work. A good tandoor samsa is being prepared next to the bank. One of the disadvantages is the weak water pressure in the shower. There is air conditioning, a cot. The price is reasonable - 150,000 soums for two. The host is friendly, I recommend the guest house.
