4. Lack of breakfast. It is not very critical with the condition that there is a refrigerator and a kettle in the room
I propose to change:
1. Double-check the condition of the houses
2. Consider the possibility of breakfast, especially since there is a cafe on site or the installation of a microwave in the rooms

We stayed in the Old Town for two nights with a family of 5 people, which turned out to be an ideal option for us. A separate entrance, access to the house around the clock, when it is convenient, then we returned to our "home". Nice staff. Our cabin was clean. Own toilet and shower. A separate room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a kettle, dishes. We initially wanted to spend one night and drive on, but decided to stay for two and drive around the neighborhood longer, because the quality of the overnight stay exceeds its cost. In our case, it was only 126 rubles /day for 5 people + a small dog. Parking is next to the entrance to the house, it is very convenient. The territory is well maintained, it's nice to get out into the fresh air in the morning. We were lucky with the neighbors too, everyone was adequate) In general, we had the most positive impressions, because we did not know where we were going when we booked the house by phone, but in the end, we got to a pleasant place. I recommend it for travelers.

The cozy room has everything you need: a kettle, a refrigerator, a table, chairs, hangers, a toilet and a shower cabin. The bedding and towels are dilapidated. There are no covers on the beds, the mattresses are sagging. It was not comfortable or comfortable to sleep. At the request, they gave the key to the house, where it was possible to warm up dinner in the microwave. There is a barbecue and gazebos on site. The territory is clean and well maintained. The car was parked under the window of our room, which is very convenient.

An inexpensive, good option for car tourists to visit Brest. There is a parking lot with a canopy, you can stop with a camper, there is charging for electric vehicles. Within walking distance there is a market, a couple of supermarkets, a home improvement store and many others. The city center and the fortress are 5-6 km away. The houses are cozy, quiet enough, unless, of course, the neighbors are noisy. They let guests with pets, this is a plus. In budget houses there is no refrigerator in the room, you have to go to the common room. Also one of the disadvantages: the plumbing in the room looks pretty worn out. There were no failures, but we were ready, which could break at any moment. In hot weather, the cabin was stuffy, there was no fan. It would be nice to at least rent fans at the reception.

Now the cons. At half past one in the morning, the residents staged a party with music and dancing. The administration reacted to this only after 40 minutes. Well, I think okay, there are not odykvats, but the next night again at half past 12 the party is already in another gazebo! The administration reacted more quickly after 20 minutes, the music was turned off, but they did not disperse.
In short, there is one conclusion: The administration does not inform the guests about the rules of staying in the campsite. And does not take responsibility for their behavior. I specifically scolded a place there to sleep, but failed. Next time I'll just stand in the free parking lot. There is a chance to get enough sleep (but this is not for sure)

We stayed for a couple of nights. A very quiet place in the city. By car /taxi we got to the places we wanted to visit. Grocery stores are located nearby. There is a parking lot on the territory + charging for "electric trains".
Now the cons:
Very strong audibility of the neighbors. You can actually hear the conversation and therefore you become not a free participant in the conversation.
I tried to speak in a low voice (you never know what))
Well, you need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the carpet and furniture. They have already exhausted their useful usage limit. For Lux, such "comfort" is moviton.

It sucks a lot. It gets worse every year.
There are no air conditioners and there won't be. The linen was bought 7 years ago, and has not been changed, washed, torn. The plumbing is leaking. The beds and sofas are broken, they tried to fix the slats with a simple board - unsuccessfully. Upon arrival, the urn next to the house was full of bottles and garbage, when asked to remove it, it was stated that the janitor would come tomorrow morning and clean it up. The cafe is closed.
The overall result: the hotel is not developing, but is deteriorating, the owner puts all the money in his pocket instead of maintaining and updating.

We stayed for 2 days . Everything is not bad and there were no questions before there was a conflict with the guests of the next room. A man and a woman heavily intoxicated (I'm not a prude, but people were just inadequate) came out to smoke under our window. My husband went out to ask them to go to a place specially designated for smoking, and ran into mats, rudeness and provocations from a man such that, having sent 3 letters, the man then shouted: "Well, what are you going to do? Well, come on, hit me!" We called the reception and asked to settle the situation. A guy and a girl came and talked so sweetly with a drunk couple that we were very surprised. Then it turned out that these are regular customers, conflict-free and adored, who, apparently, can do anything. Then the administrators calmed them down for a long time under our window. No one apologized to us, the evening of February 23, 2024 was completely ruined. I consider this behavior of administrators unacceptable. Initially, a good impression of the motel was, unfortunately, spoiled.

Отличный мотель! Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Рядом, через забор, кафе " таки да", недорого и очень вкусно! Ещё, рядом магазин Евроопт. До крепости 15 минут на машине. Тишина, покой и уют. Кемпинг, можно с автодомом. Цена нормальная. Отдыхали семьёй, два взрослых и ребенок. Всё устроило.

Недорогой вариант переночевать в путешествии. Охраняемая территория, машина под окном, в номере все что нужно, душевая, холодильник, телевизор и проч. Очень вежливый персонал. Удобное расположение в центре города. Из минусов-слабая шумоизоляция, слышно соседей)))

Чистые номера, парковка отличная, места всем хватает. Для ночлега а одну-две ночи отлично. Рядом Макдональдс, до-до пицца, магазин евроопт. А самое главное, заселиться можно со своим питомцем.

The bins are full of garbage, the cafe is closed, the administrator does not have a microwave, there are no locks in the shower and toilet, the mattresses are depressed, everything is felt, there is no lighting in the gazebos. They gave us the password for the WiFi, but it doesn't work in our house, that's what they said.We spent the night there out of desperation.

Всё отлично. В номере чисто, с/у с душем, чайник, холодильник. Машину можно поставить рядом или под навес от солнца или дождя. Есть кафе, бар, мангальная зона и собственно сам мангал. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный! Так держать!!!

Очень удобный кемпинг
для автотуристов. 5+
Желательно номера заказывать заранее.
Мы были только один день с прицепом-караваном, жили в нем, друзья на авто в номере,
но только один день,
далее он был забронирован другими.
А хотелось бы остаться в Бресте еще на пару дней. ((
Пришлось ехать дальше.
Хорошее кафе, вкусно.
Немного не информативно, где туалет если стоишь с караваном или кемпервагеном.
Не поняли где можно почистить кассету, есть ли прачечная.
Для этого надо на рецепшен давать больше информации, ну и на территории указатели.
А так, очень прилично.

Очень приятный мотель! Номера с натуральной отделкой, чисто и аккуратно, на территории есть бункер - старый пороховой погреб. Цены демократичные.

Замечательный отель для отдыха. Частенько. В номере есть все необходимое. Приехали щаселятся поздно ночью. Около 12 ночи. Девочки на рецепшн встретили с улыбкой.
Рядом есть пиццерия Домино, работает до 23.00 можно вкусно перекусить.

Останавливались на одну ночь. Номер чистый есть чайник и небольшой холодильник, санузел чистый, территория норм есть беседки и мангал, парковка. Соседи не мешали. То что нужно на пару дней переночевать.

Место мне очень нравится. Всегда здесь останавлтваюсь, когда приезжаю в Брест. Достаточно тихое и уединенное место. Уютно. Легко добраться до города на тралейбусах.
