We had a steam massage with Nikita Gusinets (sports massage) and Natalia Klimenko (relaxation massage). The masters listened to all the wishes, were very courteous and welcoming. We were a little late, but we got a full massage anyway. We both liked the massage itself, it was done efficiently and conscientiously. Therefore, only positive impressions of the session remained. I've been to Nikita Gusenets twice. The first session really tried to work out all the muscles, the second one wasn't like that anymore and suggested several times to try to go to other studio specialists - this is very strange, for the first time I came across the fact that the master doesn't need regular clients. The guy is a good specialist, but there is an opinion that he has become a star and chooses who to work with. As a result, the studio has a negative client, although I expected to take a massage course and, after reading the reviews, I went purposefully to Nikita.

Cons: -it is not possible to make an appointment at a convenient time - you have bought a certificate and you are in the role of the petitioner -heavy workload and busy schedule, it's difficult to get in. Why then sell the certificate?? -customer orientation is at zero - after offering to refund the money for the certificate, they just returned it without trying to do anything for me -they communicate beautifully in messengers, but there is no real action for the client.
