We had a steam massage with Nikita Gusinets (sports massage) and Natalia Klimenko (relaxation massage). The masters listened to all the wishes, were very courteous and welcoming. We were a little late, but we got a full massage anyway. We both liked the massage itself, it was done efficiently and conscientiously. Therefore, only positive impressions of the session remained. Cons: -it is not possible to make an appointment at a convenient time - you have bought a certificate and you are in the role of the petitioner -heavy workload and busy schedule, it's difficult to get in. Why then sell the certificate?? -customer orientation is at zero - after offering to refund the money for the certificate, they just returned it without trying to do anything for me -they communicate beautifully in messengers, but there is no real action for the client.
