I am very disappointed with the service. This is the second time I have paid for express delivery, where the stated deadline is up to 15 days. And the second time the deadlines are not met. It's the same situation every time: a shipment arrives, but my order isn't there, and they tell me to wait another week. To answer any questions about the reasons for the delay, there are no specifics, only an offer of discounts. But I don't need discounts. I paid more for the speed, because I need my things on time. If you cannot provide express delivery, you should not offer it. This misleads customers. Personally, I no longer plan to use this service.
