It's a wonderful place! I want to come back again. A good location in novaya Gagra: everything is close to the sea, the main market and the shopping center, magnificent views of the mountains. The rooms have comfortable beds, a good bathroom, cleaning, laundry, dinners on the veranda with a view of the sunset or mountains, and breakfasts are a separate big plus - they always include porridge, cottage cheese, sour cream, pancakes, pies, fruits, and a second side dish and a meat dish - everything is delicious! I liked that the house is made of a log cabin and the room smells pleasantly of wood. Everything is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and the breakfasts are delicious. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea. But there are a few nuances that make you want to take off one star. Firstly, it's the audibility in the rooms. You can hear everything the neighbors are talking about and all the other sounds, especially in the bathroom. Secondly, there is not a single shelf in the shower stall to put your shower accessories on the floor. And there is also no floor mat for your feet. It's also not very comfortable, and it's just a pity the wooden floor won't last that long)) And thirdly, despite the fact that the breakfasts were generally fresh and delicious, there were some nuances. On different days, there was burnt milk porridge, which was impossible to eat, bitter, and sour cottage cheese. This slightly overshadowed the impression. Unfortunately, this time there was no power, but it took exactly 5 minutes to get to the dining room from the room on the third floor in an average step (I timed it specifically so as not to be unfounded). It is a pity that there is no food except breakfast. Meals are also designed for children, which is very attractive .. 1. Location. The location of the hotel is simply wonderful :The time to the beach is 5-10 minutes, which depends on the speed of movement, and then 10 minutes is the time of the promenade.. the market, supermarket, pharmacy are all within walking distance 5-10 minutes walk. A veranda in the heat is just a salvation ... A veranda with tables is just wonderful: in the evening, when the child is in bed, you can settle down with wine, cheese, olives and fruits on the veranda ... almost the Mediterranean ... 2. Service. All family members rate 5 out of 5. It is not inferior in comparison with the Boxwood grove. The only difference is the lack of a private beach and a more pleasant price than in Boxwood. Decent rooms with air conditioning. On one side there is a view of the mountains, on the other - the sea. The room has a small refrigerator, wardrobe, TV. Each room has a shower room with a toilet. The hotel has WiFi. Breakfast is only in the summer season, very simple, but hearty and unlimited (buffet): sausages, pasta, vegetables, cheese, porridges, pancakes, pastries, tea, coffee, etc. In the courtyard of the family, a corner for children "with a climbing wall", very clean, in flowers. I have been coming here for the 3rd time in autumn, spring, and summer. There is no swimming pool on the territory, it is not necessary, 5 minutes walk to the sea. I recommend.

This is our most wonderful vacation! We had a rest in the Abkhazian estate from August 24 to August 30, 2022. We are very satisfied! Friendly and courteous staff, good cuisine. The portions are good, even sometimes large :) everything is delicious. The room is comfortable, they put an extra sofa for the children. The room has everything: kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. The view from the terrace to the mountains is awesome! On the next vacation, we decided to go only here and not for a week, but for two or more. Nearby there is a bazaar, a cafe, a dolphinarium. The children were especially happy about this vacation. For those who, like us, arrive by car, there is Parking in the courtyard. We remember this vacation with warmth! Thanks to the Abkhazian estate for the impressions!

4 stars only for the service and food in the restaurant on the 1st floor of the hotel. The waiter served stale bread, which someone had already eaten (the food was over-dried for breakfast. As a result, we ate in the dining room. 2 types of rooms: mountain and sea views. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, private toilet and shower. The bed is large, but of 2 small ones + extra bed. Each room has a large table and 2 chairs on the terrace in the corridor. Cleaning every 3 days, change of linen and towels. They can change it earlier if they ask. Purity by 5. The sea is 10 minutes away slowly. Cafes and private shops are nearby. It is 20 minutes to the beginning of the alley and the Ferris wheel. If you arrived earlier, you can leave your things and go for a walk. We were checked in ahead of schedule as soon as the room was prepared. The room is spacious and cozy, everything you need to relax is there: a comfortable bed, TV, Internet, toilet and shower, hairdryer, liquid soap, towels, kettle, refrigerator. The cost for August is very reasonable. The room was cleaned every 3 days. They cleaned up the garbage every day. In general, things are good with cleanliness there. There is a small territory of its own, it is guarded. There is a summer kitchen with a barbecue in the courtyard, you can sit well in the evening. There are swings and a slide for kids. Each room has a table and chairs where you can comfortably spend time. There are hangers on the terrace. Bed linen and towels are changed periodically. There is a dining room, which is very convenient, since you do not need to look for where to eat. The breakfasts are quite tasty, but monotonous. Cons: the view from the room is of an abandoned building, but from the other side of the room they look at the mountains... But we were unlucky. The dining room opens at 8:30, which was a little late for us... They came early once and were met with unkind looks, like what they came so early for... Tasteless meat dishes, we tried everything and didn't like anything. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea, although 4-5 minutes are stated. The passage to the sea is not the most pleasant, there is a smell from the trash, a lot of stray dogs and all kinds of garbage.

We had a vacation here in June 2021. A wonderful place! Friendly staff, clean rooms with everything you need, a nice courtyard. And it's not far to the sea. There are also several cafes and a market nearby. Very convenient! As I understood it, all the rooms are similar: bed, table, refrigerator, wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower. We went for 2 families, took 2 rooms with mountain views. The view is gorgeous! I advise you! We lived on the 3rd floor and if we stayed at the hotel, we constantly rested on the common veranda. Beauty! The cafe at the hotel is for an amateur, and since our children are picky, we ate in cafes near the market. In the hotel, you can easily wash and iron things, and dry clothes in each room. We enjoyed our vacation here!

The manor is a wooden log cabin (the locals called this location a Log cabin among themselves) with quite cozy rooms with air conditioning, TV, and a small refrigerator. There is a kettle, a hairdryer, beds with good mattresses. July 2021 room cleaning every day, bed linen/towels were changed 1 time during our 12 days stay. The territory is well maintained, the Parking lot is under supervision, 300 meters to the sea, a comfortable sloping path with a bunch of sightseeing points. In the manor itself and nearby there are several canteens where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food (and drink chacha).Take Ossetian pies and trout, you won't regret it! Of the disadvantages: 1. Noise insulation (or rather its absence), the vital activity of neighboring rooms is audible in the smallest, most intimate details. 2. The smell of sewage in the toilet room,

We had a rest in August 21. A good, economical hotel. They were well received. We checked in on the 3rd floor, corner room. Even very successfully. We had our own small corner on the terrace where we could sit and relax after an active day. There are stretched clotheslines for drying clothes. Towels are provided, there is a hairdryer, (no soap and fish accessories), refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. There is also a dining room on the 1st floor (a slight inconvenience for those who have a time difference, it works from 8:30, but this is a different criterion for everyone). Bed linen is changed, cleaning is done. 10 minutes walk from the sea. The beach is urban. Prices.... For different wallets. The people are generally friendly, both in the store and in the market. By the way, the market is within walking distance.
