The pizza box is not secured with anything and during delivery it opened and fell apart , the courier collected it with his hands . The box needs to be sealed with something so that it is airtight. The pizza tastes good The Tom yam was a strange one of 2 shrimps and a lot of Mushrooms, it tasted normal, but there were not enough ingredients Olivier didn't like the salad - it didn't taste fresh and had a strange taste.

The first time in Armenia! We just happened to eat at this place and didn't regret it. Firstly, the very courteous staff, as a compliment, a glass of wine and branded hummus - it was very unexpected. The steak is amazing here, especially the portion size. Waiter Arthur knows how to win over and knows how to recommend really delicious dishes. I highly recommend it. Here for lunch tomorrow

12 out of 10. The dishes are hearty, delicious, and fresh. Homemade lemonades are refreshing and tonic. The staff is polite and friendly. The interior is pleasant. The prices are normal, the order for two adults and two children came out at 9600 AMD. Despite the fact that they ordered more food than they could eat. Complete disappointment and disrespect for the guests. Me, my husband, and my friends have been regular customers of this cafe for over 10 years. I went not only for simple, inexpensive and delicious breakfasts, but for dinners, just to drink coffee with dessert. Close to home. After updating the menu, it became clear that the institution no longer cares about either quality or regular guests.We ordered breakfast from the budget menu and cheesecakes from the "new" menu. The cheesecakes turned out to be terrible — a sharp, disgusting taste of old, burnt butter. It's impossible to eat. My friend and I both refused the dish after one bite. The taste was equally bad for everyone, that is, the problem was not accidental, but systemic. The most disgusting thing is the complete apathy of the staff and the kitchen: the chef didn't even come out and ask what was wrong, no one apologized, no one tried to figure out or fix the situation. It feels like the establishment just doesn't care. And the cherry on the cake: uneaten, frankly spoiled cheesecakes were included in the bill. This is no longer about the "mistake in the kitchen", but about the attitude. Zero customer orientation, zero desire to work on quality, zero respect, even for those who have been making money for ten years in a row. If you're thinking of coming here, I DON'T RECOMMEND it. It wasn't their first facup, but it was the last straw. Fry Day is confidently following a path where it is expensive and delicious, and regular customers are simply written off.

As for the kitchen. My husband and I are quite picky people in terms of food, we rarely visit places 2 times, BUT this place, in a good way, broke our gastronomic travels in Yerevan! We came to have lunch with my wife before the meeting. We made an order: a hamburger, two soups and grilled cheese, plus drinks. After about 20 minutes, the Hamburger arrived. My wife watched me with hungry eyes as I ate my burger. After waiting another 5-7 minutes, they asked us to calculate. After that, the food we ordered appeared. In general, the food doesn't seem to be bad and it doesn't seem expensive, but the sediment remains.

Before ordering something, I read the reviews. Many people write here that the waiters are walking for a long time. I called them myself. We ordered a funchosa salad with shrimp, colzone, hot dog, tea and water. Result: - funchosa is fine, but the shrimp are not fully peeled. The intestines were not removed. There is a photo; - the hot dog is normal. Not to say that it's delicious, but it's not disgusting either. - the colzone was the most delicious. On 4 out of 5.

The worst place in town. The drink was brought the wrong one, they blamed me for it. To the question: "is it possible to do something about this?", they answered no, then the waiters could not be reached, they did not respond to the button, to oral requests too. The ordered pizza was brought with an irritated expression on his face, the appliances were not given. And most importantly, there was A HUGE BLACK HAIR in the center. We barely got through to the waitress, described the situation to her, she left without saying anything. We waited a bit, waiting for at least some explanations/apologies. But nothing happened, it was already unbearable to stay there, so they asked for the bill. The bill was brought, but the terminal was not given. They didn't say another word. The service is terrible.
