A hotel for a quiet relaxing holiday. The room with access to the beach is gorgeous. Almost Maldives. The breakfasts are excellent and the cuisine is very tasty. I recommend going to dinner with crabs and seafood. There are restaurants and discos near the hotel along the beach. There's a fire show every night. The shops can be reached by a free shuttle or by boat on the lake. We were in November, the water is very warm, a beautiful beach, sun beds along the beach. It's a nice pool, but we swam there once when the waves were strong.

We had a rest in the first half of April. The hotel was hospitable, helpful staff, and the room was ready for our arrival, I think because we ordered a transfer from the airport through the hotel. Cleaning every day. The hotel has Russian-speaking guest services, they will explain everything, tell you, and help you order a taxi. Everything is as it should be, there are bathrobes, slippers, a beach bag. The cosmetics in the bathroom are in full size, not small tubes. The room had a view of the lagoon, silence, beauty, I really liked it. Breakfast is by all standards: an omelet is made for you, there is oatmeal porridge, cheeses/sausages, fruits. You can have lunch and dinner at the hotel according to the menu. The beach is wide, fine sand, the sea is great. Sun beds are located on the territory of the hotel and in order to occupy the first line you need to get up early enough, it is annoying. But there is nowhere to put additional sun beds, the territory does not allow. In short, I couldn't get enough sleep.There are a lot of children in the pool, sun beds are easier to find there. There are a lot of vendors selling fruits, pancakes, and coconuts along the beach. A few massage rooms are located a little further away. In the evening, you can dine with fresh fish in cafes on the shore, watch a fire show, and have a hookah. You can also go to the tour area, where there are restaurants and shops. There is a free tuk-tuk service from the hotel. And you can also take a ferry from the marina from the hotel to the other shore and you can also eat there. I recommend the hotel, I would really like to return to it again.

Excellent hotel, I recommend it. We had a family vacation in late March and early April, two adults and a 12-year-old child. The first coastline, clear sea. The beach has all the infrastructure: cafes, beach clubs, massage, fruit stalls… The hotel has excellent breakfasts. We took the club category, which we were very pleased with. We had lunch in the lounge, and we went there for dinner too. There is a market near the hotel on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, which is also interesting to see and taste local food, seafood, smoothies, ice cream, etc. There is a free shuttle service to Bang Tao from the hotel, or you can call a 200-Bath taxi, or you can walk. There are many restaurants and supermarkets, pharmacies, currency exchanges… Our room had a frontal sea view, although the view was direct, the room was spacious, new, and located on the 4th floor. There are bathrobes, slippers, flip-flops, and a beach bag in the room. We are thinking of returning to this hotel!

It's a good hotel, but the price tag is probably a little too high. The breakfasts are amazing (I highly recommend trying Thai national noodles with rich broth, delicious pastries and, of course, fruits), a lot of included activities, including the amenities of the laguna area, a warm clean pool and the cleanest beach. A small disadvantage is that at the reception, people with strong accents speak English or speak poorly at all, but there are Russian-speaking staff for the Russian-speaking public. Special features: I recommend the seafood grill buffet dinner at the Mr. tom yam restaurant near the hotel: the tuna was great.

We had a rest together in this hotel from 20.10 to 30.10. I really liked the hotel, but there are some comments. Location: perfect. The first coastline. The beach is clean, very sparsely populated in October. Sun beds are only available in the hotel area. The hotel is located in the Laguna area, which has shuttle bus service both on schedule and upon request at the reception. Upon request, he arrives in 5 minutes and can take you to any other hotel in Laguna (we went to Cassia, as there is a Tops store there). According to the schedule, it takes you to the entrance to the lagoon (located a 2-minute walk from the 7-eleven). There is also a shuttle boat - a water taxi to the berths of other hotels, arriving every 30 minutes. The nearest cafes and restaurants outside the hotel area are not far away, but also not very close - 20 minutes on foot from the hotel. The rooms are not bad, but not without nuances. We lived in a standard room on the second floor with a view of the lagoon. It feels like the repair was done on top of the old one, there are minor flaws, such as uneven painting, windows with streaks, chips. Also, a controversial solution is a sliding partition separating the bathroom from the bedroom, because of which there is no sound insulation. The built-in air conditioner is noisy, it's hard to fall asleep at night and it's cold, but it's stuffy without it. There was no heating in the air conditioner, so the room was either cold and noisy, or very humid. Amenities include a capsule machine with coffee and tea (updated every day), a kettle, various sets of glasses, cutlery, and a hairdryer. Disposable items include toothbrushes with toothpaste, a shaving machine, a comb, and a hygiene kit. Water - 3 bottles of one liter each - was renewed every day (you can ask for more). Without taking into account the heat, the room is quiet even in heavy rains and with big waves. When choosing a room with a sea view in the season of big waves, you should think about it - the sea is very close and it can be noisy from them. The service is excellent. The staff is very friendly (as are all Thai residents). The hotel has its own application where you can order various services, from room service to cleaning or additional hangers, which is very convenient. All requests were completed quickly, without repeated requests. Sometimes, it was worth placing an application - a minute later there was a knock on the door. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The food is great, but without a lot of variety from day to day. Buffet breakfasts. There is a lot of food. What impressed us was the incredibly delicious red fish that we had every day. I don't think we've ever eaten so much red fish. There's a lot of Indian cuisine with curry. Also, the chefs personally prepare a couple of dishes a la omelette. I would also like to mention the homemade focaccia - it is perfect! There are a variety of natural juices and yogurts. But the controversial solution is to have breakfast outdoors - there are a lot of birds that try to attack your food - do not leave the food unattended! Or have breakfast inside, but there is a very limited number of places. There are restaurants with different cuisines and low prices on site. The average check for two adults was about 1500-2000 baht. Leisure is great. The hotel offers free of charge: billiards, ping pong, saps, kayaks, sailing boats, archery, lawn tennis (both indoor and outdoor courts), sports workshops and training in the above activities. All the noted nuances did not mar our vacation in any way and we would definitely come back here again!

I recommend purchasing a room with privileges, a separate room for breakfast and afternoon tea, just delicious, convenient, comfortable, with service, just fine. Great neighborhood! We are currently staying at this hotel, on April 2, 2026. If it were possible to put 0 stars, then the rating is only like this. We have a company of 5 people, three of them children. An egregious incident occurred with us and one of the children was almost injured by the fall of a metal sign weighing 20-25 kg. Miraculously, the child jumped off the swing at the moment of falling, the hotel staff told us that it was the wind, refused to provide a video and sent us to the police. 🤣 In general, I won't describe it, there are a lot of bad things here besides our case. If you want to relax and enjoy Thailand, this is definitely not the place. Of the advantages, the sea is nearby and the club restaurant has good service and smiling staff.

We rested in Sai Laguna Phuket from August 19th to 28th with a family of 3 people. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices, because repairs are underway in some buildings, but the noise from the repair is not audible, everyone is accommodated in renovated rooms. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach and pool, there are soft beds with a roof from the sun. There are enough pools, there is a water slide for all hotel guests. The sea is nearby. The hotel staff is always ready to compromise on requests for early check-in or late check-out. I would like to thank Tan, Rum, Greeniiz, Helena. They were always polite and sympathetic. Even though the Russian-speaking staff is on vacation now, they explain everything in an accessible and understandable way, they are ready to change the room at any discomfort. I recommend the hotel to visit. Especially before the new year, the prices are affordable.

Half of the hotel is closed for repairs, which no one warns about, there are practically no public spaces, except for a minibar by the pool and two expensive and mediocre restaurants. We stayed at this hotel for two weeks in November-December 2015. They only took breakfast. The rooms are large, cleaned every day. I visited Thailand for the first time, there is not much to compare it with, but the impressions were the most positive. Most importantly, the hotel is on the first line, the beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is comfortable, and the sea itself is the MOST MAGNIFICENT I have ever met. I recommend to visit the massage, located on the territory of the hotel. The prices for food in a restaurant located on the shore are cheaper than in the main restaurant. If possible, DO NOT agree to club privileges (an absolutely waste of money), you can use this money to eat and drink well yourself. The rooms are clean, cleaned well, and the food is delicious. But remember, the most important thing is the sea, you will not notice how the time spent in this beautiful place flies by.👍

A chic hotel . We rested here for two years in a row. This is the nicest hotel on Bang Tao Beach in Phuket. There is a pool with a slide , located on the first line, immediately the beach behind the pool. The breakfasts are varied. The only rooms in my view are not cozy and small . Tiles on the floor, we like carpets more. Strange bath-showers :)) The hotel is very beautiful for a photo. We did a massage at the hotel very much. The hotel is located far from the street with a cafe, shuttles are only scheduled, although initially the administrator said that you can order on call whenever you want. The territory is small. There are no sun loungers on the beach by the water. Only on the territory. Run to the sea burning your feet as you want. Prices in cafes on the territory are greatly inflated and with some taxes, which have never been anywhere on the island. Prepare to give 17% of the top to the bill. This hotel is not worth the money at all!!!

We had a rest in April 2023. In general, the area is not bad. Clean, cozy. But the location of the club rooms is disgusting. We had it on the 3rd floor, at the end of all the mazes. All soap accessories are cheap, with the smell of coconut. There is no hair conditioner, so get ready: you can't comb your hair. A body cream with a disgusting smell and does not moisturize. There is no lumpy soap. There was nothing to wash the basic linen with, I had to buy it in the store. There is no clothes dryer in the room or on the balcony. The breakfasts are scanty, except for egg dishes, there is nothing. There is porridge made of oatmeal on the water in the general restaurant, but it is not possible to eat it
