"3D models of buildings" are not a state register or an element of such a register, as a result of which they have only demonstrative value, and that the discrepancy of "3D models of buildings" to the actual or legal state, both in the raw form and after their possible processing in the process of reuse, can not serve as a basis for the responsibility of the Chief surveyor of Poland on any basis to any entity.
