1. Общие положения

1.1. Настоящие Условия (далее — «Условия»), размещенные по адресу: https://yandex.com/legal/places/, представляют собой предложение от  ООО «YandexGo UB» (далее — «Яндекс») пользователю сети Интернет (далее — «Пользователь») использовать сервис Места (далее — «Сервис»).

1.2. Использование Пользователем Сервиса регулируется настоящими Условиями, а также

• Лицензионным соглашением на использование программы «Яндекс Go» для мобильных устройств (https://yandex.com/legal/yandexgo_mobile_agreement);

• Условиями использования сервиса Яндекс Карты (https://yandex.uz/legal/maps_termsofuse/);

• Условиями использования сервиса Яндекс Бизнес (https://yandex.uz/legal/oferta_geo/).

1.3. Начиная использовать Сервис, Пользователь считается принявшим указанные условия в полном объеме, без всяких оговорок и исключений. В случае несогласия Пользователя с какими-либо из положений указанных документов Пользователь не вправе использовать Сервис.

1.4. Яндекс вправе в любое время без уведомления Пользователя изменить положения настоящих Условий. Риск неознакомления с новой редакцией Условий несет Пользователь, продолжение пользования Сервисом после изменения Условий считается согласием с их новой редакцией. В случае если Яндекс были внесены какие-либо изменения в настоящие Условия с которыми Пользователь не согласен, он обязан прекратить использование Сервиса.

1.5. Используя Сервис, Пользователь дает свое согласие на получение сообщений рекламного характера. Пользователь может отказаться от получения рекламных сообщений используя соответствующий функционал Сервиса или следуя инструкциям, указанным в полученном рекламном сообщении.

2. Использование Сервиса. Отдельные функции Сервиса

2.1. Сервис может предоставлять Пользователю следующий функционал, включая, но не ограничиваясь:

• Возможность размещения, просмотра и поиска информации об организациях, расположенных по адресам, отображаемым в Сервисе;

• Возможность бронирования услуг организаций, при наличии формы бронирования для соответствующей организации в Сервисе;

• Возможность автоматического построения маршрутов на картах, указывающих на вариант пути от точки отправления до точки назначения, указанных Пользователем.

2.2. Возможности Сервиса могут предусматривать использование рекомендательных систем в целях предоставления Пользователю наиболее релевантной его запросу информации.

В целях предоставления Пользователю сведений о наиболее релевантных его запросу организациях и адресах объектов рекомендательная система анализирует данные об использовании Пользователем Сервиса, включая, но не ограничиваясь, непосредственно запрос Пользователя, информацию о взаимодействии Пользователя со списком организаций и адресов (например, частота поиска той или иной организации, выбор и просмотр организаций или игнорирование их в выпадающем списке, случаи открытия карточки и записи на услуги, частота взаимодействия с карточкой), сведения о геолокации Пользователя. Информация, предоставляемая с использованием рекомендательной системы, может основываться на гипотезах о возможном посещении Пользователем организаций и истории поиска.

2.3. Яндекс не несет ответственности за качество услуг, оказываемых организациями.

Terms of Use of the Places Service

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms (hereinafter referred to as the Terms), posted at: https://yandex.com/legal/places/, are an offer by YandexGo UB, LLC, (hereinafter referred to as Yandex) to an Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the User) to use the Places service (hereinafter referred to as the Service).

1.2. The use of the Service by the User shall be regulated by these Terms, as well as

• the license agreement for the use of the Yandex Go app for mobile devices (https://yandex.com/legal/yandexgo_mobile_agreement),
• the Yandex Maps service terms of use (https://yandex.uz/legal/maps_termsofuse/),
• the Yandex Business service terms of use (https://yandex.uz/legal/oferta_geo/).

1.3. By starting to use the Service, the User completely accepts the specified terms, without any disclosures or exceptions. If the User does not agree with any of the provisions of the documents mentioned, the User shall not be entitled to use the Service.

1.4. Yandex shall have the right to amend the provisions of these Terms at any time without notifying the User. The User shall be liable for possible failure to read the new revision of the Terms, and continued use of the Service after revision of the Terms shall be deemed acceptance of the new revision thereof. If Yandex introduces any amendments to these Terms and the User does not agree with them, the User shall stop using the Service.

1.5. By using the Service, the User agrees to receive promotional messages. The User may opt out of receiving promotional messages using the appropriate functionality of the Service or following the instructions specified in the received promotional message.

2. Use of the Service. Certain Functions of the Service

2.1. The Service may provide the User with the following functionality, including, but not limited to:

• ability to post, view, and search for information about organizations located at addresses displayed in the Service;
• ability to book services of organizations, if there is a booking form for the relevant organization in the Service;
• ability to plot routes indicating possible routes from the departure point to the destination point specified by the User on maps automatically.

2.2. The Service functionality may include the use of recommendation systems in order to provide the User with the most relevant information upon their request.

In order to provide the User with information about the organizations and addresses of objects most relevant for their request, the recommendation system analyzes data about the use of the Service by the User, including, but not limited to, the User's request, information about the User's interaction with the list of organizations and addresses (for example, the frequency of searching for an organization, selecting and viewing organizations or ignoring them in the drop-down list, the cases of opening the card and booking for services, the frequency of interaction with the card), and information about the User's geolocation. The information provided using the recommendation system may be based on suggested User's visits to Organizations and search history.

2.3. Yandex shall not be held liable for the quality of the services rendered by the organizations.

1. Umumiy qoidalar

1.1. https://yandex.com/legal/places/ manzili bo‘yicha joylashtirilgan ushbu Shartlar (keyingi o‘rinlarda – «Shartlar») «YandexGo UB» MCHJ (keyingi o‘rinlarda – «Yandex») tomonidan Internet foydalanuvchisiga (keyingi o‘rinlarda – «Foydalanuvchi») Joylar servisidan (keyingi o‘rinlarda – «Servis») foydalanish taklifini ifodalaydi.

1.2. Foydalanuvchining Servisdan foydalanishi ushbu Shartlar, shuningdek quyidagilar bilan tartibga solinadi:

• Mobil qurilmalar uchun «Yandex Go» dasturidan foydalanish uchun litsenziya kelishuvi (https://yandex.com/legal/yandexgo_mobile_agreement);
• Yandex Xaritalar servisidan foydalanish shartlari (https://yandex.uz/legal/maps_termsofuse/);
• Yandex Biznes servisidan foydalanish shartlari (https://yandex.uz/legal/oferta_geo/).

1.3. Servisdan foydalanishni boshlagan Foydalanuvchi ko‘rsatilgan shartlarni hech qanday shartlarsiz va istisnolarsiz to‘liq qabul qilgan hisoblanadi. Foydalanuvchi ko‘rsatilgan hujjatlarning biror qoidasiga rozi bo‘lmasa, u Servisdan foydalanishga haqli emas.

1.4. Yandex istalgan vaqtda Foydalanuvchini xabardor qilmasdan ushbu Shartlarning qoidalarini o‘zgartirishga haqli. Shartlarning yangi tahriri bilan tanishmaslik xavf-xatari Foydalanuvchining zimmasida bo‘ladi, Shartlar o‘zgartirilgandan keyin Servisdan foydalanishni davom ettirish ularning yangi tahririga rozilik bildirilgan deb hisoblanadi. Yandex ushbu Shartlarga Foydalanuvchi rozi bo‘lmagan qandaydir o‘zgartirish kiritgan holda, Foydalanuvchi Servisdan foydalanishni to‘xtatishi shart.

1.5. Servisdan foydalanish orqali Foydalanuvchi reklama xarakteridagi xabarlarni olishga o‘z roziligini beradi. Foydalanuvchi Servisning tegishli funksiyalaridan foydalanib yoki olingan reklama xabarida ko‘rsatilgan yo‘riqnomalarga amal qilib, reklama xabarlarini olishdan voz kechishi mumkin.

2. Servisdan foydalanish. Servisning alohida funksiyalari

2.1. Servis Foydalanuvchiga quyidagi funksionalni, shu jumladan, ammo cheklanmagan holda quyidagilarni taqdim etishi mumkin:

• Servisda ko‘rsatiladigan manzillarda joylashgan tashkilotlar haqida axborot joylashtirish, ko‘rish va qidirish imkoniyati;
• Servisda tegishli tashkilot uchun bronlash shakli bor bo‘lsa, tashkilotlar xizmatlarini bronlash imkoniyati;
• Foydalanuvchi ko‘rsatgan jo‘nash nuqtasidan borish manziligacha bo‘lgan yo‘l variantini ko‘rsatuvchi xaritalarda avtomatik tarzda yo‘nalishlarni tuzish imkoniyati.

2.2. Servis imkoniyatlari Foydalanuvchiga uning so‘roviga eng mos ma’lumotlarni taqdim etish maqsadida tavsiya tizimlaridan foydalanishni nazarda tutishi mumkin.

Foydalanuvchiga uning so‘roviga eng mos keladigan tashkilotlar va obyektlarning manzillari haqida ma’lumotlar taqdim etish maqsadida tavsiya tizimi Foydalanuvchining Servisdan foydalanishi to‘g‘risidagi ma’lumotlarni, shu jumladan, lekin cheklanmagan holda Foydalanuvchining bevosita so‘rovi, Foydalanuvchining tashkilotlar va manzillar ro‘yxati bilan o‘zaro aloqasi haqida axborot (masalan, biron-bir tashkilotni qidirish chastotasi, tashkilotlarni tanlash va ko‘rish yoki ochiladigan ro‘yxatda ularni e’tiborsiz qoldirish, kartochkani ochish va xizmatlarga yozilish hollari, kartochka bilan o‘zaro aloqa qilish chastotasi), foydalanuvchining joylashuvi haqidagi ma’lumotlarni tahlil qiladi. Tavsiya tizimidan foydalanib taqdim etilgan axborot Foydalanuvchining tashkilotlarga tashrif buyurishi ehtimoli va qidiruv tarixi haqidagi taxminlarga asoslanishi mumkin.

2.3. Yandex tashkilotlar tomonidan ko‘rsatiladigan xizmatlar sifati uchun javobgar bo‘lmaydi.
