Yango Deli - Payment Policy
This Payment Policy regulates the issues of payment of the Consideration for self-employed couriers under the Delivery Service Agreement – Yango Deli, including its annexes, available at: https://yandex.com/legal/courier_deli (the “Agreement”).
The courier will be entitled to payment for providing delivery services as specified in the agreement. The payment is subject to the agreement and is also affected by the provisions of the Yango Deli's Delivery Quality Standards.
It is hereby clarified that Yango will pay a fee according to the delivery services that will be performed as registered in the Yango Pro application.
Without detracting from the above, and following the detailed in the agreement, Yango reserves the right to deduct from the consideration, in whole or in part, as long as the provisions of the agreement are not fulfilled and/or provision is made (hereinafter: "the deductions").
The circumstances in which the deductions will be made and its rate:

Lack of confirmation for delivery order please remove | NIS 11 (offsetting starting from the next unconfirmed order) |
Damage to order products due to the courier's fault | in the pricing of the damage |
Delivering order not according to full contents of the order (theft) | according to the pricing of the missing products |
Returning order not according to full contents of the order (theft) | according to the pricing of the missing products |
Delivery failure due to the courier (left at the wrong place /mix-up between orders/delivering not according to costumer comment) | according to the credit given to the customer |
Using Fake GPS software (fraud) | 500 NIS + account blocking |
Working with a double account (fraud) | 500 NIS + account blocking |

Yango may amend the Policy when considers necessary without the Counterparty’s consent and such amended Policy shall be binding when it is made available at: https://yandex.com/legal/payment_policy
Capitalised words and expressions that are not defined in the Policy shall have meanings attached to them in the Agreement.
