Discounts Policy

1. Terms and Definitions

Promo Code means a certain sequence of symbols, which grants a Discount or any other extended options of the Service to the User when activated and subject to other terms of use of the Promo Code.

Subscription is to provide the User with the opportunity to use the extended functionality of the Yandex Mail and Yandex Disk personal services (collectively referred to as the “Service") for a fee for a limited period of time in accordance with the terms posted on the Internet at: https://yandex.com/legal/promail_offer (hereinafter referred to as ”the Offer”), which is described on the page: https://360.yandex.com/premium-plans.

The Yandex Mail is a service whose web version is available to Users at: https://mail.yandex.com or through the Yandex Mail application for Android and iOS mobile devices. The use of the Service is regulated by the Terms of Use of Yandex.Mail service: https://yandex.com/legal/mail_termsofuse/index.html, as well as the Agreement for the use of Yandex desktop software: https://yandex.ru/legal/desktop_software_agreement.

The Yandex Disk is a service whose web version is available to Users at: http://disk.yandex.com or through the Yandex Disk application for Android and iOS mobile devices. The use of the Service is regulated by Terms of Use of Yandex.Disk Service https://yandex.com/legal/disk_termsofuse/, as well as the License Agreement for the use of Yandex desktop software https://yandex.com/legal/desktop_software_agreement.

User means an individual using the Service.

Coupon means a document (including a paper card or any other handout; poster or any other medium intended for public display; any other promo material) which may contain the Promo Code and the terms of use thereof.

Website means a web page containing the Promo Code, terms of provision of the Discount or any other extended options of the Service.

Promo Code Activation Period means time period set by Air Smart Advertising Solutions FZ-LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), during which the User can activate their Subscription.

Discount - decreasing the price of the Subscription (as compared to the standard price of the Subscription) subject to the User complying with the terms of activation of the Promo Code or the conditions for the provision of the Discount described on the Website.

2. General Provisions

2.1. The Promo Code, Promo Code Activation Period, and the terms of use thereof, terms for the provision of the Discount or other extended options of the Service can be made available to the User by specifying them in the Coupon or on the Website.

2.2. If the Coupon and/or the Website specifies no Promo Code Activation Period or the term of the Discount or term of the provision of the extended options of the Service, such periods are deemed to be limited by the time periods, during which the corresponding Coupon / Promo Code, terms for the provision of the Discount or other extended options of the Service are available to the public.

2.3. The Promo Code, Discount and any other extended options of the Service can be used by one User only once, unless the Coupon or the Website specify otherwise. In case User has an active Subscription at the moment of activation of the Promo Code, User can be provided with an additional Subscription on the terms and conditions specified in the terms of use of Promo Code for specified period of time set therein.

2.4. To prevent unfair use and/or misuse of Promo Codes, Discounts and use of any other extended options of the Service Yandex reserves the right to check by certain means whether the User abuses and/or uses the Promo Code, Discounts and any other extended options of the Service unfairly.

2.5. The Promo Code, Discounts and use of any other extended options of the Service could be unavailable for technical reasons, if User failed to update the Service to the latest available version and/or otherwise. In case the User violates the terms of the use of Promo Code, provision of the Discount and/or use of the other extended options of the Service, as well as the Offer: (i) The Discount could be cancelled unilaterally by the Company, where the price of the Subscription shall be determined according to the standard terms described in the Offer, starting from the date the Company decides to cancel the Discount; and/or (ii) provision of the extended options of the Service could be cancelled unilaterally by the Company, starting from the date the Company decides to cancel the right of the User to use extended options of the Service.

2.6. The Discount and any other extended options of the Service are non-pecuniary. Discounts provided for in different Promo Codes are not cumulative. In case of User’s possession of the Subscription previously purchased with a discount, the use of the Promo Code may not be available.

2.7. Promo Code activation and activation of the Discount and/or of any extended options of the Service mean that the User accepted these Discounts Policy and the Offerin full.

2.8. In reviewing applications related to Promo Code, Discount and any other extended options of the Service activation or use, The Service support service may request and the applying User shall confirm that he or she actually received the Promo Code and/or performed the actions required to activate the Discount and/or any other extended options of the Service: a photo of a Promo Code card, a screenshot of a Promo Code page and/or any other confirmation as instructed by the help desk. If no such confirmation is provided, the Service reserves the right to refuse to provide the Discount and/or any other extended options of the Service.

2.9. Promo Code cannot be activated, Discount cannot be provided when Subscription is made with using the mobile application Yandex Disk/Yandex Mail in the APP STORE or in the Google Play app store, and the price of Subscription is paid using such app store.

2.10. These terms may be changed or revoked by the Company at any time without giving an additional notice to the Users.
