The payment of Consideration is subject to the provisions of the Agreement.
Yango is entitled to make changes to this Annex at any time at its sole decision by sending a notice via email and(or) the Platform to the Courier at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days prior to the time and date when such changes take effect.
