Terms of Use of Yandex Message Queue

This document constitutes the Terms of Use of Yandex Message Queue (“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and Service Terms set forth at https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_service_terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

1. Functional Features of the Service

1.1. The Service allows Customer to send messages via, and manage, the Message Queues. A full description of the functional features of the Service is contained in Documentation of the Service posted on Site.

1.2. Functional Features of the Service:

  • to manage the Message Queues;
  • to send, receive, and delete messages in the Message Queue.

1.3. Other functional features of the Service, which Yandex at its sole discretion makes available to Customer. The full list of functional features is available to Customer on Site and / or in Management Console.

1.4. Service Level for the Service is determined in SLA.

2. Pricing

2.1. The use of the Service is chargeable.

2.2. Service Fee for the Service is determined as per Service Rates and billing units specified on Site. Yandex may change Service Rates as prescribed by Agreement concluded with Customer.

2.3. Service Fee for the Service depends on the number of transactions performed and the Message Queue type.

2.4. As part of the Service the volume of Outgoing Traffic, and other additional benefits used by Customer and related to the use of the Service are charged separately.

2.5. As part of the Service, Customer may be offered special prices and discounts to be published on Site and/or Management Console.

3. Limitations

3.1. The Service envisages a number of restrictions listed in the Quotas and Limits section of the Website.

4. Definitions

“Message” means a information and Content intended for transfer via the Message Queues;

“Message Queue” means a named set of Messages.
