Terms of Use of Yandex Cloud Postbox
This document contains specific Terms of Use of Yandex Cloud Postbox (“the Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (”Agreement”) and Service Terms set forth at https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_service_terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.
1. Functional Features of the Service
1.1. Yandex provides the Customer with the Service that allows send transactional emails via the API and SMTP. A full description of the functionality of the Service is contained in the Instructions for using the Service posted on the Website/or in the Management Console.
1.2. Service Level is determined for the Service in accordance with SLA.
2. Pricing
2.1. The use of the Service is chargeable.
2.2. Service Fee for the Service is determined in accordance with the tariffs and pricing units indicated on the Site. Yandex has the right to change tariffs in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Agreement.
2.3. Service Fee for the Service depends on the number of outgoing emails
2.4. Yandex may from time to time provide Customer with additional functional features of the Service for an additional fee.
2.5. Within the framework of the Service, the Customer can take advantage of special price and discount offers, information about which is posted on the Site and/or in the Management Console (if applicable).
3. Additional restrictions on the use of the Service
3.1. The Service may contain a number of restrictions, a list of which is contained on the Site in the section "Quotas and limits"
3.2. Yandex has the right to unilaterally and without notifying the Client restrict in whole or in part, or slow down the delivery of email messages, or reduce available Quotas, until the Client eliminates the reasons for the restriction, in the event of:
– receiving mass complaints from recipients (more than 0.5% per day) about the undesirability of letters (SPAM complaints),
– receiving mass (more than 5,00% of letters within 15 minutes, during the day or from the total volume of sent letters) refusals/returns of letters from third-party services (mail services yandex.ru, mail.ru, google.com, etc.) and responses about the impossibility of delivery to the sender (letters are classified as SPAM, recipient addresses are missing, etc.)
– other suspicions of the user violating other Terms of Use of Yandex services
3.3. Yandex has the right to unilaterally lift restrictions without notifying the Client, provided that the Client eliminates the reasons that were the basis for the restrictions.
3.4. The relevant restrictions may be lifted upon the Client's request to the Yandex support service in case the Client eliminates the reasons that were the basis for the restrictions. In this case, Yandex has the right to unilaterally resolve the issue of lifting restrictions without notifying the Client.
