Terms of Use of Yandex Load Testing

This document contains specific Terms of Use of Yandex Load Testing (“the Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (”Agreement”) and Service Terms set forth at https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_service_terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

1. Functional Features of the Service

1.1. Yandex provides the Customers with the Service that allows to monitor and analyze the performance and load of their applications and resources, which can be hosted both on and off the Platform.

A full description of the functionality of the Service is contained in the Instructions for using the Service posted on the Site.

1.2. Within the framework of the Service, the Customer is provided with the following features:

1.2.1. creation of Load testing Agents;

1.2.2. configuring tests;

1.2.3. submitting requests addressed to the Customer’s application or resource;

1.2.4. analysis and comparison of test results;

1.2.5. other features of the Service that Yandex, at its discretion, makes available to the Customer. The list of functionality is available to the Customer on the Site and/or in the Management Console.

1.3. Service Level is determined for the Service in accordance with SLA.

2. Pricing

2.1. The use of the Service is chargeable.

2.2. Service Fee for the Service is determined in accordance with the tariffs and pricing units indicated on the Site. Yandex has the right to change tariffs in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Agreement.

2.3. Service Fee for the Service depends on the amount of test data processed and the storage time of the load test results.

2.4. Within the framework of the Service, the volume of Outgoing traffic passing through the Virtual Private Cloud Service, storage of test data and logs in the Object Storage Service, as well as other services ordered and consumed by the Customer related to the use of the Service are additionally charged.

2.5. Yandex may from time to time provide Customer with additional functional features of the Service for an additional fee.

2.6. Within the framework of the Service, the Customer can take advantage of special price and discount offers, information about which is posted on the Site and/or in the Management Console (if applicable).

3. Additional restrictions on the use of the Service

3.1. The Service may contain a number of restrictions, a list of which is contained on the Site in the section "Quotas and limits".

Definitions

“Load testing Agent” is an environment (virtual machine or docker container/dedicated host) with installed software for interacting with the Service.
