Terms of Use for Yandex Cloud Console

This document constitutes the Terms of Use of Yandex Cloud Console (“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and Service Terms set forth at https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_service_terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

1. Functional Features of the Service

1.1. The Service enables the Customer to order, administer and manage the Services of the Platform through the Management Console.

1.2. The Customer is provided with the following options as part of the Service:

• to monitor the statistics on Services used, information on the status of Customer's Personal Account;
• to control Customer`s login details, Billing Thresholds, Quotas and Grants;
• to exchange notices and messages between the Parties.

1.3. other functional features of the Service, which Yandex at its sole discretion makes available to Customer. The full list of functional features is available to Customer on Site and / or in Management Console.

1.4. The Service Level of the Yandex Cloud Console is not determined.

2. Pricing

2.1. The use of the Service is free of charge.

3. Limitations

3.1. The list of limitations of the Service can be specified on Site in “Quotas and Limits” section.
