Terms of Use of Yandex Audit Trails

This document contains specific Terms of Use of Yandex Audit Trails (“the Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (”Agreement”) and Service Terms set forth at https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_service_terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

1. Functional Features of the Service

1.1. Yandex provides the Customer with the Service that allows to create a configuration for collecting and uploading audit records in relation to the Platform resources used by the Customer. A full description of the functionality of the Service is contained in the technical documentation and Instructions for using the Service posted on the Site.

1.2. Functional Features of the Service:

1.2.1. choosing the type of logging, defining filters to limit the volume of planned records;

1.2.2. managing the destination for uploading blocked records;

1.2.3. other features of the Service that Yandex, at its discretion, makes available to the Customer. The list of functionality is available to the Customer on the Site and/or in the Management Console.

1.3. Service Level is determined for the Service in accordance with SLA.

2. Pricing

2.1. The use of the Service is chargeable.

2.2. Service Fee for the Service is determined as per Service Rates and billing units specified on Site. Yandex may change Service Rates as prescribed by Agreement.

2.3. Service Fee for the Service depends on the type of audit records and their number.

2.4. Yandex may from time to time provide Customer with additional functional features of the Service for an additional fee.

2.5. Within the framework of the Service, the Customer can take advantage of special price and discount offers, information about which is posted on the Site and/or in the Management Console (if applicable).

3. Additional restrictions on the use of the Service

3.1. The Service may contain a number of restrictions, a list of which is contained on the Site in the section "Quotas and limits".

4. Definitions

“Record” means a minimal indivisible unit of user information, which may include information about events and/or operations occurring in the Customer's Services or software deployed on the Platform.
