Service Level for Yandex Virtual Private Cloud

This document defines Service Level of Yandex Virtual Private Cloud(“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

Definition of Service Unavailability:

Loss of external connectiveness of Platform’s cloud resources used by Customer with the public IP address provided by Yandex in respect of the service of Filtering Incoming Traffic was provided.

Definition of NAT-Gateway Unavailability:

Unavailability of NAT-Gateway in the more than one of Availability Zone. Unavailability is inability to transfer Outgoing Traffic through the NAT-Gateway configured in the routing table.
