This document defines Service Level of Yandex Virtual Private Cloud(“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

Definition of Service Unavailability:

Loss of external connectiveness of Platform’s cloud resources used by Customer with the public IP address provided by Yandex in respect of the service of Filtering Incoming Traffic was provided.
