Service Level for Yandex Monitoring

This document defines the Service Level of Yandex Monitoring (“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

< 99.00%–95.00% 15.0%
less than 95.00 % 30.0%

Definition of the Service Unavailability:

The Service Unavailability is recorded when the Platform-side Error Rate exceeds 5 %.

The “Error Rate” is calculated as follows: the number of queries returning the 5хx error code divided by the total number of the queries made during five minutes.

The "Service Unavailability Period" means the number of full minutes during which the Service Unavailability was recorded.
