Service Level for Yandex Cloud Video
This document defines Service Level of Yandex Cloud Video (“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

Definition of Service Unavailability:
“Service unavailability” is detected when the Error Rate exceeds 10% on the Service side, or the video.api.cloud network is unavailable.yandex.net or the runtime.video.cloud.yandex.net due to a cancelled announcement or other problems on the part of Yandex for 5 minutes or more.
“Error rate" is measured using the following formula: requests that return error code 5xx or gRPC Status 13 divided by the total number of Correct requests per minute.
“Valid Query“ shall mean a query that conforms with Service documentation and which, when the Service is operational, returns HTTP Status 200 (OK) or gRPC Status 0 (OK).
”Service Unavailability Period" means the number of whole minutes during which the Service was Unavailable.
