Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

Definition of Service Unavailability:
- 50x response codes for more than 10% of queries during the observation period (at least 5 minutes);
- Network unavailability of endpoint storage.cloud.api.yandex.net due to removed announcement or other issues on the part of Yandex.
