Service Level for Yandex Search API

This document defines Service Level of Yandex Search API (“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

Definition of Service Unavailability:

“Service Unavailability” is recorded when the Yandex’s server-side Error Rate exceeds 5%.

“Error Rate” is calculated as follows: the number of Valid Queries that return HTTP Status 500 with the code of the error: “INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR” divided by the total number of Valid Queries per minute.

“Valid Query” is a query that conforms with Service documentation and returns HTTP Status 200 (OK) if Service functions properly.

Refusal to service requests due to exceeding quotas and limits is not taken into account during calculation of the Service Unavailability.
