Service Level for Yandex Managed Databases
This document defines Service Levels for: Yandex Managed Service (for PostgreSQL), Yandex Managed Service (for ClickHouse), Yandex Managed Service (for MongoDB), Yandex Managed Service (for Redis™), Yandex Managed Service (for MySQL®) (collectively, “Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla/. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

Unavailability of Database Cluster which consists of two or more DB Hosts placed in different Availability Zones for reading or writing via supported clients. The list of supported clients for a specific type of DBMS can be found in technical documents of Service posted on Site.
