Service Level for Yandex Load Testing
This document defines Service Level of Yandex Load Testing (“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.
The SLA of the Service does not apply in cases when the Service is provided within a non-chargeable limit.

Definition of Service Unavailability:
“Service Unavailability” is fixed when the Error Rate exceeds 5% on the server side.
“Network Service Unavailability” means the Service Unavailability due to the unavailability of the endpoint "loadtesting.api.cloud.yandex.net:443" due to a cancelled announcement or other problems on the part of Yandex.
The “Error rate" is calculated as follows: the number of requests that returned error code 500-599 when using the HTTP protocol, or codes 13, 14 or UNAVAILABLE status when using the GRPC protocol, divided by the total number of Correct requests per minute.
“Valid request” means a request that corresponds to the documentation of the Service, which, when the Service is operational, returns HTTP Status in the range 200-499 or GRPC Status 0, 1, 3-12, 16;
“Service Unavailability Period” means the number of whole minutes during which the Service Unavailability was recorded.
The Service Level Agreement does not apply to cases where Service Unavailability is occurred due to circumstances beyond Yandex's control, for example, due to failures of external networks or non-compliance with instructions by the Client.
