Service Level for Yandex Identity Hub
This document defines Service Level of Yandex Identity Hub (“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

Definition of Service Unavailability:
“Service Unavailability” is recorded when the Error rate on the auth.yandex.cloud server side exceeds 10% during the observation period (at least 5 minutes), or in the event of network unavailability of auth.yandex.cloud due to issues on Yandex's side during the observation period (at least 5 minutes).
“Error Rate” is calculated as the number of requests that return an HTTP Status 500-599 or a gRPC Status 13, divided by the total number of Valid requests per minute.
“Valid Request” is a request that conforms to the Service documentation and, when the Service is operational, returns an HTTP Status in the range of 200-499 or a gRPC Status in the range of 0-12.
