Service Level for Yandex Managed Service for GitLab®

This document defines Service Level of Managed Service for GitLab (“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

< 99,00%-95,00% 15,0%
< 95,00% 30%

Definition of Service Unavailability:

"Unavailability of the Service" is fixed when the response is different from HTTP Status 200 on the login page https://<domain>.gitlab.yandexcloud.net/users/sign_in due to problems on the Yandex side.

The Service Level Agreement does not apply to the following cases:

  • unavailability of the Service due to Client settings of firewall rules and routing;
  • lack of access to the Instance, which occurred due to circumstances beyond Yandex’s control;
  • loss of external connectivity that occurred due to circumstances beyond Yandex's control, including DoS or DSOs attacks on the Client Instance.
