Service Level for Yandex Application Load Balancer

This document defines the Service Level for Yandex Application Load Balancer (“the Service”) and is an integral part of the Yandex.Cloud Platform Services User Agreement (“Agreement”) and the SLA available at: Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

Definition of the Service Unavailability:

Loss of external connectivity with the Application Load Balancer or receiving an Application Load Balancer Error due to problems on the part of Yandex, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • the Application Load Balancer is launched in 3 Availability Zones;
  • all cloud resources of the Platform located in the Target Group connected to a single Application Load Balancer unit are in a working mode* and ready to receive traffic from Application Load Balancer according to the protocols specified in the Application Load Balancer settings;
  • in the subnets, where the Application Load Balancer is launched, there is enough address space for the required number of LCUs, established by the technical requirements on Site:;
  • cloud resources in Target groups are ready to process requests at the time configured in the Application Load Balancer.

* The working mode of Platform's cloud resources means the "Healthy" mode specified in the technical documentation of the Service.


Application Load Balancer Error are application-level errors generated by the Application Load Balancer due to errors in interacting with cloud resources in Target Groups.
