YANDEX Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as Yandex) offers an Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the User) to use Audience API Service under the terms and conditions stipulated in this document (hereinafter referred to as the Terms).
1. General Provisions
1.1. Terms and Definitions
Service – Audience API Service representing a programming interface, which enables the User to send requests to Audience Service with a view to using Audience Service.
API Key – a unique identifier given to the User and providing access to functions of the Service.
Data – information received from the Service and meant to be displayed to the User, which composition is stipulated by “Audience: Terms of Service” posted at: https://yandex.com/legal/audience_tos_ch/.
1.2. The use of the Service by the User is governed by these Terms and:

- License to Use Yandex Search Engine posted at: https://yandex.com/legal/termsofuse/;
1.3. Starting using the Service or its certain functions, inter alia, having received an API Key, having registered on the Service or having used any other functionality provided by the Service, the User accepts these Terms and provisions of all documents specified in cl. 1.2 of the Terms, in full, without qualification and exception, and undertakes to be bound thereby. It is only possible to use the Service under any terms other than the terms of the said documents subject to Yandex’s prior written consent. If the User disagrees with any of the provisions of the said documents, the User may not use the Service.
1.4. The User shall be independently liable for compliance with laws when using the Service. Throughout the text of these Terms, unless otherwise expressly specified, the term “Laws” shall mean any applicable laws, including both laws of the Russian Federation and laws of the User’s residence or a place where it commits legally significant actions under these Terms. If the use by the User of any options provided by the Service violates Laws, the User undertakes to refrain from using the Service.
1.5. These Terms and relations between Yandex and the User arising out of and in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to law of the Russian Federation.
2.1. To access the Service, the User shall register in the prescribed form and receive the API Key. Yandex may, at own discretion, cut access to the Service without giving reasons. The User may not use any programs, devices or other means making it possible to obtain the API Key automatically or otherwise in violation of the procedure established by Yandex.
2.2. The User can use the Data and functions received through the Service only as part of the functionality provided by the Service and in the manner specified in these Terms and provisions of all documents specified in cl. 1.2 of the Terms.
2.3. When using the Service, the User may not remove, hide or modify any trademarks, logos, links or other references to Yandex or other bodies contained in the Service or data received via the Service.
2.4. The User may not exceed the maximum number of Service hits set by Yandex. If the User exceeds the said limits, Yandex can cut the User’s access to the Service.
2.5. The User may not use the Service or Data to develop web services, computer programs or otherwise, if such use entails violations of laws, documents specified in cl. 1.2 of the Terms and/or third-party rights and legitimate interests.
2.6. The User is hereby notified and agrees that the Service can obtain data stipulated by “Audience: Terms of Service” and transfer them to Yandex in the manner and under the terms specified in “Audience: Terms of Service”.
2.7. Yandex reserves the right to change, correct or update the Service at any time, without prior notice to the User. When releasing another stable version, Yandex shall inform of its release in web pages of the Service. Once a new version of the Service is released, Yandex does not guarantee the stable and durable operation of its outdated versions. If the User disagrees to use the updated version of the Service, it can either continue to use, at own risk, an outdated version of the Service or stop using the Service by removing the relevant code from the User’s website/-s.
2.8. Yandex reserves the right to include, at own discretion, advertisements in the Data. When using the Data, the User may not delete, change or hide such advertisements without Yandex’s consent.
2.9. Yandex may, at own discretion, stop or suspend the User’s access to the Service without notice and without giving reasons, in particular, if the User fails to comply with requirements of these Terms.
3. Intellectual Rights
3.1. The exclusive right to the Service is vested in Yandex. Exclusive rights to the Data are vested in Yandex or other rightholders. These Terms do not grant to the User any rights to use the Service or Data except as enabled directly in the Service interface pursuant to these Terms.
3.2. By using the Service, the User grants to Yandex the right to use the logo, trademark and/or trade name of the User and/or the User's website for information, advertising and marketing purposes with no need to secure the User’s additional consent and with no remuneration paid to the User for such use.
4.1. The Service (including the Data) is provided by Yandex “as is”. Yandex does not guarantee the fitness of the Service and Data to the User’s goals and expectations, the trouble- and error-free operation of the Service in general and its certain components and/or functions, and does not guarantee the reliability, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the Data. Yandex does not guarantee the trouble- and error-free operation of third-party software products and solutions (including libraries) recommended when using the Service under technical conditions and other documents associated with its use.
4.2. The User shall be solely and fully liable for the use and safety of its API Key. The User may not receive the API Key for third parties, transfer or provide it to third parties. Yandex shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use of the API Key by third parties. All actions performed on the Service with the API Key belonging to the User shall be deemed to be performed by the User.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. Yandex may, without notice and at own discretion, stop or suspend the User’s access to the Service or its certain functions using the User’s account and/or API Key, without giving reasons, inter alia, if the User fails to comply with requirements of these Terms.
5.2. All questions and claims associated with the use of / impossibility to use the Service shall be sent via the feedback form at: https://yandex.ru/support/audience/troubleshooting/start.xml.
5.3. Yandex may change the text of these Terms at any time without notifying the User. The current version of these Terms is posted at: https://yandex.com/legal/audience_api/. A new version of the Terms will become effective upon its posting online at the URL specified in this paragraph. Continued use of the Service once the Terms have been changed shall constitute consent to the new version thereof. The User shall stop using the Service, if Yandex has made any changes to these Terms, with which the User disagrees.
