Yango Delivery is a Yandex division responsible for the development and growth of its last-mile operations.

The division provides last-mile delivery services in twelve countries and offers its clients on-demand, same-day and next-day delivery services.

• Manage all delivery operations in the country, scale operations, grow the market share, and have full P&L ownership
• Lead and expand a cross-functional team of operation, business development, and marketing managers
• Report directly to the Head of Yango Delivery Global Growth and act in cooperation with Yango Israel’s General Country Manager

• Strong leadership skills and experience (in large or small teams)
• Able to build a team from scratch, inspire people, and earn their trust
• 3-5 years of experience working in a rapidly growing technology startup or top-tier management consulting company
• Business savvy with an understanding of the key concepts of unit economics, technology-driven marketplaces, operational efficiency, marketing, and finance
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and preference towards a startup environment rather than a corporate structure
• Willingness to get involved and look at the details and operations in-depth
• Data-driven with a thorough understanding of dependencies and correlations between metrics, able to see the story behind the numbers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent Hebrew and English

• Experience in operations or last-mile delivery business
