We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support our team with software and hardware questions.
Tasks that await you
Handling queries in the registration system
Registering customer queries in the incident management system
Running primary diagnostics and classifying customer queries
Creating solutions for customer requests, including incidents and consultation requests
Routing customer requests to the appropriate support groups based on primary diagnostics and categorization
Adding information to customer queries as needed
Routing queries to partners
Receiving feedback from customers on service quality through centralized information systems
Teaching customers to solve typical problems independently and use centralized information systems
Searching for new partners, providers, and IT equipment suppliers
IT installation during launches, finding providers in new locations, monitoring leftover equipment and purchasing additional equipment, maintaining existing facilities
Creating technical solutions for new problems and challenges in the local market
We expect that you
Have proficient computer skills
Are experienced using query registration systems and Service Desk
Have high energy levels, strong social skills, and dedication
Have excellent phone communication skills
Know about modern IT technologies
Are able to work from the office five days a week with a two-day weekend
Are fluent in English and Russian
